Thank you for your feedback.
With this being our 45th anniversary year, we’re honouring our heritage with new labels and packaging, which are already in our flagship store. It’s a modern take on how the labels looked when Neal’s Yard Remedies started – clean, crisp and clear.
Of course, as a sustainable brand, we do whatever we can to reduce waste, so the shift to new labels will filter in alongside the current look, gradually taking place over the next few months. But while our products will look a little different, you can rest assured that your favourite formulas remain the same.
We hope this helps explain our present situation

Lovely products with gorgeous smells but delivery time could be better for the cost
Lovely products with gorgeous smells.
I purchased as a gift so my only disappointment is related to the time it took to reach the recipient. I think the postage charge should have warranted a quicker delivery than five days.

We are glad you enjoyed the lovely scents of our items.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the shipping time for this gift.
If you need a product to arrive within a strict timescale, we always recommend using our Express Delivery Service. It may cost a little more at £6.99 but it will leave the warehouse quicker and is a next day service if you order before 2pm Monday- Friday.
Standard Delivery will take a little longer and is a 3-5 day service. We are sorry if this took longer than you needed.

I would have awarded 5 stars if the company had not stopped shipping directly to the Channel Islands.
It’s inconvenient and more costly to have to use a Guernsey Post UK address for it then to be forwarded to Guernsey.

Extra helpful
Staff were very helpful, polite and pleasant. They made time for me to choose what suited best and offered to gift wrap the item I chose for a friend, to make it a bit more special.
Just now is a time of some anxiety for me and for my friend, so staff kindness and thoughtfulness really meant a lot.
