I had been having a terrible experience with my "big bank" as I needed to weigh options to sell and buy new or renew my existing mortgage. The bank was just far too siloed to be able to provide analysis and just wanted to sell me a product.

A friend recommended Nesto and Jean-Pierre and he was able to help me break down the options and make a decision.

When my bank advisor was incapable of understanding that my net pay is not my gross pay, and then proceeded to take three weeks to get the ball rolling on a mortgage - I gave up on them. Juan was fantastic to work with, was able to get things rolling in an afternoon. When droof of documents was becoming arduous, Juan stepped up and was able to guide me through several things to get final approval. Stephanie was also great to deal with, even if I was hard to deal with because I was stressed out of my mind. I simply will not be going back to my bank for a mortgage.

Communication is really easy. Karun.khanna is best broker. He helped me with mortgage and his guidance helped me with everything. Lastly no one can beat their rates

Une facilité exemplaire pour monter notre dossier et surtout toujours une réponse à toutes nos questions et dieu sait si nous en avons eu. Pour notre part, nous avons eu Annick Fortin (courtière hypothécaire sénior) et Alexander Rojas (spécialiste hypothécaire) comme intermédiaires et pour eux, c'est pas 5 étoiles que je leur mets mais 10. D'une gentillesse, d'une disponibilité et surtout d'un professionnalisme inégalable, avec eux pas de surprises, tout est clair en tout temps. Jonathan provided excellent advices, gave me a lot of informations to make sure that I unterstand everything well. I opted for a fix rate of 5 years. Right from the time that my husband started investigating switching mortgage companies and finding an attractive rate, Karun provided excellent advice and a rate that was really fair to consumers and suited our needs. We opted for a variable with a six month discount. Karun has followed up immediately with any of our questions during the process and is quick to consult the rest of the Nesto team if necessary.
