Booked my flight last year December and…

Booked my flight last year December and I was travelling end of march 2026 but due to conflicts in Dubai my flight got cancelled and before cancelled I had to call multiple times with no answer or update,until I spoke to one of their consultant told me I'll get my refund within 28 days,those days passed I called again and sent email I was told I'll receive my refund after 12 weeks.im so disappointed in their service even now it's month 3 I haven't received my refund.does it have to go legal route to get my refund?is this kind of service it's rendered by your company?

No sign of refund...

It's been 4 weeks and still waiting for my flight refund, cancelled due issues in the middle East. Was hoping we would have the money back soon so we can book an alternative for May Half term. Everyone else I know have had their refunds quick time, probably because they didn't book via Netflights!!!

Ghosted by the Netflight customer services team…

The Netflight customer services team are ghosting me after they informed me that their profits were more important than putting the customer first. I have requested the transcript to highlight their attitude towards their profit margin over their customers, and despite the email below they have gone missing.

I don't want excuses I want the transcript. Thank you

On the 23 Feb I received the following email from them:
"We are writing to acknowledge receipt of your recent correspondence regarding your booking with Netflights

We strive to deliver the highest standards of customer service at all times and treat all such issues raised by customers very seriously.

I can confirm we haave received your request for a call transcript.

We are currently investigating your concerns and will contact you again within 28 days from the date of this letter with a comprehensive response."

There was no response nevermind a comprehensive one and they have ghosted my emails since.

I had never heard of Netflights before

I had never heard of Netflights before. I came across them on Travel Republic when looking for a flight only deal. Much cheaper than Ryanairs own website and Skyscanner. Online service from them quick and efficient.

Netflights ignoring me

I’m very disappointed with my experience booking through Netflights (now part of Destinia). I paid in full for my flight and have a valid BND booking reference, yet I still cannot access my tickets.

Every time I try to view my booking using the links in the confirmation email, I either get an “error occurred” message or it says I have no upcoming holidays. This is extremely concerning given that my money has already been taken.

I’ve spent over 90 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this, only to be passed between different numbers and companies, with most calls going unanswered. There seems to be no clear ownership or accountability for my booking.

At this point, I urgently need either my confirmed tickets sent to me or a full refund issued. This situation is unacceptable and incredibly stressful.

I would appreciate a prompt response from Netflights/Destinia to resolve this matter as soon as possible or I will be prompted to take legal action.

Si vous cherchez un escroc

Si vous cherchez un escroc, n'allez pas plus loin. Vous payez un surplus pour un billet flexible que vous ne pouvez pas décaler. A fuir ce sont des escrocs et des voleurs. Ils me demandent des informations le 2 avril que je transmet mais pas de retour leur part, car quand on garde 60% du prix d'un billet, on vit très bien et le client n'a plus d'importance.

Full refund within three weeks of asking

I booked three flights to Dubai flying virgin through Netflights. The flights were cancelled due to the Middle East conflict. I’m happy to say once Netflights received the refund from Virgin they refunded the full amount to my credit card straight away. I dealt DNATA Netflights and directed all communications through them. Great service .

its time netflights stop hiding behind the change of ownership, they are still responsible as destinia for assistance. They are showing no duty of care. Its time to consider media or abta assistance for all the people who are getting no help from you Some of your recent replies to complainants lack care. our ongoing experience is recently listed in two previous reviews by J L Baldwin
sorry to have to reply to you through trustpilot but i need to have facts down here for future reference, it is my only method of contact. The email link provided in earlier correspondence does not work.
POINT ONE -10 days have passed since my grandaughters original scheduled departure from sri lanka - NO contact made at all. TWO - despite making several expensive calls she has been put on hold then disconnected after 90minutes. This has been a regular occurrence - Ive tried it myself. THREE - she is a lone,female traveller who is running out of money - obviously for 10 days extra accommodation and food TO DATE - last week hospitalised FOUR - paid extra for Priority Customer access.(BELTIN') FIVE - my understanding that should an airline cancel a flight they have a duty to provide a seat on the next available flight , on ANY CARRIER. SIX - How much longer does she have to stay stranded in sri lanka until Netflights / BA / Qatar make contact? SEVEN - In desperation I am looking at finding her a route home, at considerable cost.
A SAD REFELECTION ON NETFLIGHTS. SURELY DESTINIA SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR NETFLIGHTS - WARTS AND ALL?

I booked a flight through Netflights which was cancelled by the airline due to UAE airspace closure

I booked a flight through Netflights which was cancelled by the airline due to UAE airspace closure. Etihad Airways confirmed that the refund must be processed by the agent.
I have been trying to contact Netflights since 6 March via phone and messages, but there has been no response. Calls are not being answered even after long wait times.
This lack of customer support is extremely disappointing.

Used Netflights over the last 10 years

Used Netflights over the last 10 years. Recently I had flights booked in March which involved transit through Doha which the airline cancelled due to hostilities in the Middle East. I dealt with this through Netflights customer service and they handled discussions with the airline. Netflights handled the situation extremely effectively and our preferred option was a full refund which came very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Netflights and I will use them to book my replacement flights.

At the start of the Iran war

At the start of the Iran war, I contacted Netflights by phone and email. Unable to get through and no replies to my emails, I had to resort to the airline, and finally found out that the flights were cancelled.
Still no answer or cancellation from Netflights, let alone the refunds due.
I had to contact my card provider to start getting a refund.

DESTINIA SHAMBLES ...Have been using netflights for several…

Have been using netflights for several years and always been a good experience, since the takeover by Destinia it's all become a complete shambles, especially if you made a booking before their acquisition date of January 20th 2026, they give you a number to call but nobody answers, on hold forever.

Destinia need to address this as it's damaging the reputation of the brand they have purchased.

Message to any agent that wants to reply...What is the email address so I can make a formal complaint or better still can I have contact details to speak to a human that can help me???

As you might be aware, NetFlights has recently changed onwership, now operating under the flag of Destinia.
However, as you mention, the reservations made before January the 20th are still handled by the original team - and with the current conflict enveloping the Middle East region, they are dealing with a massive number of requests, and doing their best to answer all of them.
This will unfortunately impact on the brand´s reputation - but it will not stop them to try and help everyone as soon as possible.
