Broker Lee carter changed my acc details after I made 3500$ on my first day of trading now I can't get back into my acc I don't even know if my 4000$,is still in the acc all know is I tried to open another acc with my same sign I details and it refused me because my details are already in use so I try to do pw recovery through my email and it says it's sent but nothing comes to my email and trust me I have looked everywhere in my emai
S 100 times there is no email sent at all . I'd like to further add Lee carter is the rudest bastard I've ever encountered if I ever catch up with him well let's just say he knows what I'm going to do to him . Ps the reason he robbed me over is because he was jealous of the money I made on my first lot of trades he actually abused me when I contacted him by phone

Can't believe this Co is still operating had £250 of mine but failed to pay out my message to them is I hope you choke on it & see the error of your ways. THERE ARE OTHER WAYS OF MAKING A LIVING BUT IT REQUIRES HONESTY!

This platform is a scam,
After my investment with this platform, and after a few months of a thorough investigation.
wanted to update about my findings so far. The initial platform, Neuercapital
is connected to the platform Ncapital ,XPOcapital,ARABco,ALTOS group,BITOpps, which
all are connected to one entity (whose company and owner are known to me)
I am communicating with all law enforcement agencies and the departments of justice
relevant to the matter to find and bring to justice all parties involved.
I will be updating more information about these company/ owners with-in a week’s time.
Do not send them any money or give them any personal information!

Do not trust this company, they get your money to invest and when you request a refund, it is the most difficult thing to get back. They come up with so many excuses that they have sent money back to your account but it never appears. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM, keep your money in your pocket or use a regulated company. Needless to say, I waited over 12 months and never received my money from them. When you try to speak to them via text, they are the rudest people.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had the pleasure of have John look after our money... more fool us. We added funds to these as the newspaper wrote up a fantastic review about them. So thought they could be trusted how wrong were we. Originally we only wanted to start with the minimum amount to get our confidence up. That's when John started phoning on a regular basis saying if we wanted to make any money and to make it worth his while we would need to add £2500. Wow I was a little shock when he said this and my wife wanted to take the money straight back out. But low and behold John wouldn't accept this and a few days later rang to say he lost it all..... 🤔 please put your money into a trusted site do your research unlike us. Customer service is also shocking. Rude and arrogant.

Don't let them have your phone number they will call you 5-6 times a day and won't go away!

We reviewed a few companies before we made a decision. I had discussed with my partner the investment of £250. Which is the minimum and went with the company Neuer Capital. Our contact was a guy called Max Stafford. We were not prepared for the bombardment of calls and emails every day. Our investment steadily improved around £3to £5 a day..then nothing. Before finding our account was at zero we received a number of calls from Max Stafford enquiring/suggesting more investment. I made it clear that we would not be investing anymore money. Next few days the account sat at £317. Then zero. We tried to contact Max Stafford called and emailed. Nothing..We inevitably knew we had lost our money and accepted it. Now we are harassed constantly by many companies phoning up to 17 times a day. Word to the wise don't do it.

Quite possibly the same scammers behind Genesis11. They might be diversifying. When one door is closed, they are trying to open new ones and trapping new innocent victims. Keep away. You will never get your investment back.

yet another scam , these people are a disgrace, every day they call for more money and show you how well your investments are doing , all great until you try to withdraw money , then they shut down all communications , wont answer phones and completely ignore you . Take warning of all the bad reviews ... these guys are criminals

They have stolen thousands from me. Everything I had saved. It's a very clever believable scam. Even the bank fraud team said it looks legitimate. When you want to withdraw a large amount of money they will ask for a "FEE" when you don't pay it they will say you can instead withdraw at X amount instead and then magically "Lose" the money in a bad investment. They have not only stolen all I have they have taken my sanity and peace with it. I'm pregnant and the stress has hurt me physically. I had lost 3 babies before this. It's destroyed my life to the point I'm suicidal now. Please don't fall for this scam it can hurt more than just your bank account.

Biggest scam ever. Please stay away! They take your hard earn money and when you want to withdraw it just disappear. Do not know how they sleep at night. But they will have to give reckoning someday

For I thought their sites are shutdown already, here they are still calling me after I lost about 40000 $ and still going on with this scam by their new site NCAPITAL saying they had a merge of company. Guess they can never be put to stop just by shutting down their pages. They just find ways to scam more and use their fake webtrader.

Do not sign up with these scam artists. They will make false claims and promises. They are unregulated. If you are fooled into setting up an account and depositing around €250 They ask for a lot of personal information and bank details. Once your account starts trading and you get an account manager he will contact you almost daily to tell you how well your account is doing and how you can make even better profits if you deposit more funds all the time your balance is going up. These figures and trades are completely fake just to persuade you to deposit more money but as soon as you make a withdrawal request your account starts to lose money they'll tell you you can't make a withdrawal request with open trades and amazingly these trades all loose money. Within a very short period of time your account will have lost everything. Then you will struggle to get in contact with them altogether. Do not believe any positive reviews you see online they are part of the scam and completely fake.

This platform is SCAM, in my previous collaboration with them I invested 1000 £ and I start trading making 81000£, at this moment they close my account accusing me of haking their platform without giving me any explanation what so ever, in one word I was robed, i can't believe that this kind of things can happen in this century without someone to be responsible for their actions, what is worse I did write a previous review and they just deleted with the explanation that the platform can have some issues sometimes especially when you are winning, they didn't give me back even the invested money. I TRULY BELIEVE IT IS A SCAM.

Im Februar wollte ich versuchsweise 250 € anlegen, dazu wurde mir sofort meine Kreditkarte (fast 5.000 €) ohne mein Zutun abgeräumt. Bis heute versuchte ich,
das Geld zurück zu fordern, erfolglos, bekomme gar keine Antwort mehr von dieser Zockerbande. Anzeige wegen dieses Betruges bzw. böswillige Unterschla-gung wurde bei der Polizei gemacht, alles umsonst, es passiert nix, das Geld ist weg! Dies Bande gehört hinter Gitter. Lasst also lieber die Finger davon!!!

Neuercapital is a big SCAM. They will take your hard earned cash and invest it on their behalf. The part they neglect to mention is that 'YOU WILL NOT GET ANY MONEY BACK'. Neuercapital may talk the talk but certainly do not walk the walk. In short daylight robbery.
The 1 star rating is higher than Neurcapital and its associated companies such as 'Bitcoin Evolution' deserve. Thank you for this platform Trustpilot, I hope this review helps others to make an informed decision.

The website for this company is no longer working and emails to my account manager and his colleages are now bouncing back undelivered. Hopefully they've been shut down rather than closing down themselves and probably then reopening under a different name.
