Eigentlich NULL-Sterne!!
Hallo, ich habe im Januar 250EUR per Kreditkarte an NeuerCapital gezahlt. Nach einigen Tagen war mir klar, dass es so nicht funktionieren konnte. Ich wollte mein Geld zurück. Seither kontaktiere ich mit dem Support und erhalte nichtssagende Antworten. Anscheinend wurde die Auszahlung am 25.02. genehmigt, aber bei mir ist kein Geld angekommen. Lapidare Antwort: Ich sollte bei meiner Bank nachfragen. Die Antwort meiner Bank: das kann nur NeuerCapital bei Ihrer Bank nachforschen.
Ich denke, dass zwar die Auszahlung genehmigt wurde, aber nie veranlasst wurde.
Und jetzt seit einigen Tagen: Keine Antwort auf meine Emails und die Seite von NeuerCapital lässt sich nicht mehr aufrufen.
Ganz klar: BETRUG !!!
Ich werde ebenfalls wie einige andere Strafanzeige stellen.

Hallo Ronald Paul und die Anderen, die bei neuercapital reingelegt wurden. Es ist ein Betrug. Wir sollten es aber nicht dabei lassen und etwas unternehmen. Wir sind bestimmt nicht die Einzigen. Könnten wir uns zusammenschliessen?

This is the biggest scam of the century, please don't fall for it.They will suck you dry before you know. First you start with £250 and the account manager will continue to squeeze you claiming that he will like to add you to the bitcoin group. The truth is you can't actually withdraw anything from all your deposit. Please desist from these wicked souls. This is organised crime swindling innocent people.

NeuerCapital is a BIG SCAM and it goes as follows: you initially think are investing in Bitcoin, but after you set up an account with them starting with £250 you will receive a phone call from the manager "expert" Max Stafford who will inform you that to invest in Bitcoin you need £5.000 at least and he will keep calling to brainwash you to invest extra money. Initially you will see the profit of your account going up, but this is part of their strategy to persuade you in investing more and as soon as you refuse to do that your account will go down rapidly and then you take a big loss so they ask you to put in more money. When you refuse again or ask to withdraw your money they will ignore your continual requests and then they will ensure your balance goes to zero so you have nothing left to take out. I don’t believe the profits you see initially are genuine at all, they just pocket your initial investment in the hope you will put in more or get friends or family to also invest with them. AVOID at all cost. I did try and I don't want you to make the same mistake. I have been foolished.

They called me the same day I signed up with Bitcoin Evolution and wanted me to deposit $250 to start. I also sent my personal data and a signed contract (which is normal for bitcoin trading platforms).

I tried using the platform but it was still not activated so after a month I tried to withdraw my funds. I got a call the same day telling me that they have my data and they can let me start trading. I agreed because I still wanted to test the bots on Bitcoin Evolution.

The next day, the broker activated 3 bot trades on the Bitcoin Evolution platform but also trades on the NeuerCapital site. The bot trading was bad but the loss was limited as each trade was between $5 and $20. The only control I had was prematurely stop the bot trades so the loss on the Bitcoin Evolution site could be mitigated. I could not initiate trades nor set the margin which are big issues. The even bigger problem were the NeuerCapital trades. They are the reason my balance went from $250 to -$659.17 in just 2 days (all trades closed). They must have used insane margins. I gave absolutely no hint for them to do this. I made them clear that I only wanted to trade by bot and that I did not expect to become a millionaire in a year.

I could not test out if money could be withdrawn as my balance was negative as soon as trading started but I really believe that you lose your money as soon as you deposit it. They call you whenever they need you to do something but it is very hard to get them to answer when they do not need you. I believe I would have had a lot more phonecalls if my money was not immediately lost after depositing. I did not lose a lot of money but you could. You do not need to test them, I did it for you.

If i could give them no stars i would!! You enquire, then they phone you and are very nice to get you to invest. Then you give them your money and they do wonderful things with it, you see the figures going up and up. You mention a withdrawal and all of a sudden the numbers go down until there is £3 left in an account that once held £5000. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!! They then email you a looking for a review of the service you received! Thankfully I didn't invest a lot (the £5000) was money my investment had "made" which they then lost. I won't get caught again.

Don't be fooled - these people are scammers they will steal all your money. IGNORE all positive reviews they are written by the scammers themselves.

Nobody should fall for the long positive reviews written here. It’s the scammers themselves that have written them. Don’t trade with them. They are THIEVES!!!

Honestly, they are scam. I invested £250 reading the online news that one young man was on the Good morning show with Holly and Phil, during conversation this young man asked Holy to try. Hesitantly, Holy tried and made some profit instantly. I thought, he was on the good morning show and asked to try Holy live it must be legit.Do not believe this kinda news anymore. I think the news was fake. In a way it is my fault too. I didnt do any due diligence just believed the news and wanted try my luck. Tried it failed it that’s it. They were very nice when you open an account. Once the account was opened the next day my trading manager Max Stafford called me and tried talking big and pursuing to put more money. He was like if you want to be rich you have to invest too. I said I do not have big money and happy to try the outcome with that £250. Afterwards, his pursuing tone was aggressive but I didn’t listen to him. He tried to ring me many times after but I didn’t pick up his phone. My profit was never up always minus. I thought it might go up one day but never. After a month, I messaged him and he rang me and in big loud voice he was like do you know what is happening in the market. The Bitcoin is going up. I said I do not care where Bitcoin is going but I care about my £250. why my profit was never up and always down. You know what he said, he said It’s due to the market fluctuations and I didn’t have direction and know what I wanted to achieve , just wanted to try without having goal so I lost it. He was very aggressive on the phone after few argument I just hung up on him.

In response to the positive reviews below (which are similar and I believe are false) Neuer Capital is an unregulated offshore broker and this is easily checked online. They’re apparently based in the Seychelles.

When I signed up to the company I was surprised at how easily it happened and their verification checks were feeble at best which really should have been a warning to me. Even the initial password they gave my for my account was a joke in terms of security.

I made a withdrawal back in January and i still haven't received it and it is now march, every time i speak to someone they say they have approved it but doesn't appear in my account and say that it is an error on my side when cleary that isn't.

I made a request for my redraw when I found out that things weren’t as they told me. After 15 days that I couldn’t see my money I communicated with my trading redraw manager Mark Stratford, he told me that my redraw came to a lost!!!!
So please guys this people are SCAMMERRR!!!!
Without any experience in trading this made me open my eyes about scams.

Don't trust these people they will rob you. As soon as I said that I wouldn't deposit any mor money they crashed the account. "Robbers"

SCAM!!!! If you have any spare money you may as well throw it down the nearest drain. Or even better give it to charity you will feel much better 😆. The other reviews are all bang on .

Must say I share most of the experiences below. I didn't have opportunity to withdraw funds my balance was wiped out overnight 18/02/21 by a company sell trade that I thought mystifying even to a novice like me. The same name mentioned below repeatedly asked for £10k to build-up my account fortunately I did not nor was I about to comply. I don't know if this was a scam or just very poor accounts trading. Either way the outcome is the same I am £5k down on paper but fortunately only a nominal amount from my initial deposit. I do not recommend this company for financial trading. I have given up calling and e-mailing there is no response to either.

They were very nice at the beginning and they were showing how good was to trade with them, but as soon as they asked me to invest between 1-4k I've changed my mind and decided to close the account and withdraw the money that obviously they were all gone the very next day. None is replying to emails or answering phone calls...BIG SCAM

Unfortunately duped by the company, went from XTRgate to Neuer Capital, same named Account Managers, when you google them they are actually names after real crypto experts.

These are conmen you are only interested in your money, if they let you withdraw, its because you signed someone else up and you get some of their money. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

They also managed to persuade a friend to take out a loan and then when he asked to withdraw, they places huge trades on against at rates. Market intellegence says strong buy, guess what, they put all your equity on a sell.

Watch out also for positive posts, or posts to say we can recover your money, they are all one in the same.

If you google Neuer Capital, you will see all positive posts about it not being a scam. Take time to read them, its the same article posted on many websites. I actually think, they set them up. As soon as negetive reviews do show up, a few new website articles appear.

These criminals need to be stopped!!

When you refuse or ask to withdraw your money they will ignore your continual requests and then ensure your balance goes to zero so you then have nothing left to take out. I don’t believe the profits you see are genuine, they just pocket your initial investment in the hope you will put in more or get friends or family to also invest with them.

VARNING: Don't ever get involved with them, its a scam. I was told it was my own fault i lost my deposit because i didn't invest enough. I can not even withdraw the remainings.
