New Directions Aromatics Reviews

Easy to work with. Great Customer service and product!

I love NDA. My go to supplier for essential oils

When I order it comes in less than a week. I like the facts about the essential oils.

I'm a repeat customer. I absolutely love the quality and consistency of these essential oils. I can trust that they are pure and ethically sourced, with all information provided. Shipping is reliable and expertly packed. Thank you New Directions!

Wow this company I have not enough good words to say about them. the e/os are TOP notch ~ and the savings are always the BEST~!

High quality essential oils that arrived quickly! Have purchased several times and have been very pleased.

Always a pleasurable experience. Easy to order, arrives in tact. Never any issues

my formulations tie me to the aloe butter that ND has, so I have to order from you guys. I called in advance of placing this past order, and was told that, like my last order to expect 3-4 weeks delivery on my order. This is not acceptable in the age of Amazon. We too are a business and 3-4 weeks delivery is the "kiss of death" for a business.

Quick delivery and excellent product, thanks so much

Customer service makes or breaks a company. Real people respond if you ever need anything, and the products speak for themselves. Aromatics are essential in today's world.

I love this company! They are fast, thorough, and committed to producing high quality products. I have been purchasing body butter and essential oils from them since 2020. They have so many different kinds of butters that I have not seen anywhere else and for a reasonable price. I would not be successful in my business without them!

I love your products I've been buying from this company for about 7years now. I love the choice, quality and sizes. This last purchase though I was a little disappointed to realize that there were no small sizes of certain products that you always had before.
Everything I did buy was great as always.

We are tax exempt but the system added taxes.
Please do look into this issue.
Thank you very much.

Long time Fan Review!
I have been a customer for several years. I appreciate the way education on the oil/products are included. I have learned and experimented with product I might never have met without this excellent informational site.
Prices have gone up....but so has everything! That being said, this site has everything one needs to produce a quality product.

Quality of products. Good value. Website is easy to navigate.

I have been ordering my oils from new directions for 7+ years and I love the quality of the shipping. Everything has been a great experience.

I have always had good service from New Directions Aromatics. The products meet my expectation's and delivery has always arrived within s few days of when expected. Packaging is excellent never any damage to products.

Great selection, fantastic prices (even shipping wasn't too bad, which is where I often end up changing my mind about an order)! I will definitely be oredering again!
