Order 2 weeks ago and still parcel is not started processing. As I know , this company office is located in blacktown and it taken more then 2 weeks to come balmain. Horribly late. I called several time to pick it up no one took the call. How many weeks should I order earlier to get right time?

Still Waiting!
Still waiting for my order to arrive which was placed on 6/10/22. I live only a few suburbs away. Find this very unusual for a packaging company as generally packaging people are extremely efficient. Hoping they're not scammers as they don't return my emails or phone calls.

Review zonder uitnodiging
The order was placed on 28th Sept
The order was placed on 28th Sept. All I got to know until 6-Oct was the order is being processed with no ETA whatsoever. On 6-Oct , I got a notification that the order is shipped with an AUSPOST tracking number. However, AUSPOST do not have any record of this shipment. Its been 2 weeks since I placed the order and I have no clue as to what is going on with my order, where it is and when it is going to be delivered. How long am I supposed to keep guessing ?

Extremely slow deliver time.
I was extremely disappointed in your service. My order was placed on Tuesday at about 2.15pm and after a number of written and telephonic enquiries we only received the goods on the following Thursday.
Just not good enough I would say !!!!

Accidentally I placed incorrect order and immediately I sent an email to the team to modify the order or cancel the order. But I have still not received any email regarding my order. Very bad customer service.I would not even rate 1 star for their service.

Sent us a wrong item with a lower…
Sent us a wrong item with a lower value. Requested to send a replacement, or refund but we didn’t receive any response from them. They simply just ignore our phone calls and emails and there is no way that you can reach them.

Where is my product I ordered and paid for
I have been using New Pack for about a year. Everything was great up until I ordered on 1st June. I ordered 2 products. One of the products was sent to me quickly. The 2nd product I ordered, I didn’t received. I have emailed. Called. Even messaged on their eBay account. But I have received no response. It’s now mid August and I’m yet to see the product or get a response.
