New York Scent Reviews

I made an order on Nov 4th, 2024; today is Dec 21st, and the order has not been received, but they already sent three emails asking to provide feedback on the items sent.

I order my oil almost a month ago and I have yet to receive my order or any updates.

New York Scent has been an absolute delight to work with! Their attention to detail and the quality of their scents are unmatched. Every interaction has been incredibly professional and friendly. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch scents that truly stand out.

Fast shipping, strong fragrances, low shipping and great prices on fragrance oils!

Been almost a month since my order, it is still "awaiting fulfillment" status.

I've sent a message a week ago asking for an update or any communication on my order, but no reply has been given.

Always the best scents and fast shipping and communication!

I've tried several other companies to get a fragrance oil with a true creamy, decadent, and sweet scent of marshmallow and they failed miserably. This is spot on! I hope they get more of this in different sizes back in stock soon!

The scent was great. Reasonably priced. However, the time it took to ship and receive is a red flag. I don't know their business model but it took 3+ weeks (5/30 - 6/24) to get my order. I can't afford to source product that has that amount of lead time.

Customer service is horrible! Communication is almost nonexistent. I rarely leave bad reviews. It’s been three weeks and still, my order is not here.

Love this scent! It’s light, refreshing, clean and uplifting.

Oils are great and sad to see one of my best sellers was discontinued. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. None of my attempts to reach out via email or Instagram have been responded to.

Smells as I thought it would.

My go to place to order perfumes!!! Thank you New York scent!

Very honest and actually shipping faster than most suppliers

Got what i wanted

Everything was great about my order! Fast and packaged perfect as always! Thank you so much again.

I recently purchased some incense from your company and I couldn’t be happier with my online experience.Your website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the items I needed. Checkout was smooth and shipping was fast. I highly recommend this store!!!!

It took a month to get 5 1oz bottles. Order processing is extremely slow and they never reply to any messages. I've been trying to order more for the last two months.
