New York Scent Reviews

So very close! Just a little more plum scent and I think it would match better. I actually am trying to find the plum scent to add, just in case you have it, please let me know asap. I've already made a beautiful cream that I use each day. Thank you

Great fragrances! I have used several of their fragrances!

Absolutely love the scents and so do my customers.

New York Scent I love all my scents !!! Thank you for providing amazing service, I will come to you for more high quality soaps! Highly recommending to all my friends and family!

New York Scent stands out for its exceptional service and product quality, particularly for those engaged in the art of soap making and other scented products. Customers have praised the company for its fast shipping and the outstanding performance of its scents in products like cold process soaps, where they behaved extremely well without causing acceleration. This has made New York Scent a go-to supplier for many, satisfying customers with every bottle of scent they purchase. Furthermore, the company's commitment to providing pure fragrance oils suitable for a wide range of applications, such as candles, incense, and soaps, underscores its dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. With positive feedback highlighting the reliability and excellence of their products, New York Scent is highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier fragrances for their crafting needs.

Scents are out of stock often, and I paid for a 1oz scent per month and never received them. It would be nice to have sales, discounts, or coupon codes. However, I must say that the scents are definitely top tier, strong (not overwhelming) in candles, soaps, body & bath products.

New York Scent is a wonderful company to work with. Thank you for the excellent service you provide!

I love the fragrance oils! The only problem is they go out of stock frequently and stay out of stock for long periods of time. Can't really count on them when you need them unfortunately. Shipping also takes long than my other suppliers.

Quick shipping and great smelling product

I love the personal notes. They have such quality fragrances and it's so affordable for a tiny starting business like mine. Also, remember to whoever is reading this, shipping times are not their fault(mine did arrive on time but it is approaching holiday season). Once it's handed over to the mail carrier, it's up to THEM(another entirely different business) to be timely.

The experience was great. Ordered from them before with no issues. Ordered some fragrances I will be testing soon.

I absolutely love this scent! It is a dead ringer for Le Labo Santal!

I did inquire on website and on Facebook about my order and never received a reply. Customer service not your strong suit. I did finally receive my order timely. The bottles are in plastic ones, so I changed them to glass so they keep longer.other than that whether I purchase again from your company is questionable at this time.

The Barbershop Scent is on point! My all time favorite an will buy again!! Highly recommend!!!

Lack of communication is disturbing, no status on order shipment

Every fragrance that I order was fantastic. I will be ordering again. Thank you

Nice and strong scent and very realistic. It was worth the wait!
