Nexhealth has made our billing so much easier!

Very supportive during the onboarding, didn't really oversell anything that then didn't work like they promised. Customer service is always pretty quick to help out. It is on the higher end in terms of pricing but you're getting what you pay for vs other options out there.

Very easy to use, and the onboarding training was a breeze! Great features as well

We looked into a few integrative systems before settling on NexHealth. It is user friendly and had everything we wanted to improve what we were doing with Open Dental. The online booking, emailed forms & reminders, and email campaigns have been my favorite so far to communicate with patients and make their experience with us stress free. The "Insights" allow me to quickly look at our business numbers and where we need to focus our attention without having to run a bunch of reports.
McKelle was really helpful with our onboarding - responsive and always checking in on us as we worked through the initial installation. Their team installed everything without me having to do much on our end, and we went live sooner than I expected. Overall, we are really happy so far.

We are especially excited about the online booking tool and hygiene waitlist feature. These tools are going to be a game changer for our practice. It will make it easier to connect with patients and fill openings, keeping everyone on track with their routine visits.

We’ve been using NexHealth for scheduling and online booking, and it’s been a helpful tool for our practice. Patients can book on their own, the waitlist helps with openings, and it cuts down on some of the phone and manual work for our staff. Forms and payments are handled in one place too. Onboarding was responsive and straightforward.

Our office is so happy that we have chosen to work with NexHealth. It has streamlined or daily workflow, making daily tasks much easier and more efficient for our office.

NexHealth has made online booking so much easier for our practice. The onboarding process was extremely fast and we were up and running in less than two days. Since then, online booking has helped us fill openings in the schedule, made things more convenient for patients, and taken a lot of the headache out of managing appointments.

We had a great onboarding experience with Ecom Lu at NexHealth. He did an excellent job answering all of our team’s questions and hosted a Zoom training that was extremely helpful.

NexHealth has a long list of services and features, which felt overwhelming at first. Ecom did a great job breaking everything down and making it digestible and approachable for our team (especially for some of our staff who are less comfortable with technology). He was patient, clear, and made sure everyone felt comfortable with the system.

We’ve already seen a real difference in our workflow. It has helped our team work smarter, not harder, and Ecom played a big part in making the transition go smoothly. We really appreciate all of his help and would highly recommend him!
