Ordered item with guaranteed delivery by Super Bowl. It won’t arrive until after the game now. Would not order from them at all!

Don’t buy from this website, ordered two items. Neither one was delivered. Don’t use this website. It’s a scam.

Zero stars if I could. I ordered 2 sweatshirts and a tshirt on 1/26/2025 and NFLshop.com advertised guaranteed shipping by 2/7/2025. Well, here we are 2/7/2025 and half the order may be riding around in a UPS truck, the rest has not shipped with an updated date of 2/12. These items were a birthday gift for 2/9/2025, which is also Super Bowl Sunday. The recipient is a HUGE Eagles fan. Now the gift won’t be here in time for the Super Bowl or his birthday. There is no phone number to call, only a chat option which is of no help. What a scam NFLshop is to advertise guaranteed shipping by 2/7 and not follow through and not accept customer phone calls- it’s as if they knew they scammed a lot of people out of merchandise through false advertising. Shame on you. Never again.

I ordered a Jersey for the Super Bowl and a gift and it said that I would receive it on time, now it’s going to be a week late. I tried to get them to help me on their chat platform and all they could offer was a shipping refund. Sorry, but $6.99 doesn’t fix my issue. They pass their warehouse and communication issues off as your problem, not theirs. Don’t bother with Official NFL Shop, they couldn’t care less about their customers. #boycottNFLShop

BUYER BEWARE
I ordered a $100 e-gift card that was supposed to be delivered same-day, but was not. Two days later, I contacted their Fan Bot chat to ask for a status update and was told that the e-gift card was in great demand therefore a delay and it would be delivered "tomorrow". Tomorrow came and went and no gift card. I contacted the Fan Bot chat again and was given the same answer -wait one more day. This is a SCAM

I ordered a 200 dollar jersey that was about to sent to the wrong address. I canceled the order to place another and I got to wait 2-7 business days. Superbowl is in a week no need for the jersey then. I move from the address it has posted on website
NFL need to update its system. I clearly added the correct address on the site then it switched. I'm from South Carolina please don't move and try to order something from them. Monet has getting in the way of real Quality.NFL calm down and think about the customers..

Crap...I will NOT ever buy anything through these guys again!! Taking two weeks to just get a hat!!!! That's ridiculous and unacceptable!! Weather my ass!! Been here in Michigan in Allen Park sitting there since the 17th of January!?! They say it's weather I call BS!!!!! 0 stars if it was available!!!! Never ever had anything take this long!!! Also says in tracking due today the 22nd, funny part is , it's not even showing it's out for delivery!!! What a clown show!! After reading all the complaints on here I am going to take this to the Better Business Bureau, because obviously there's a whole lot of apologies on here but no solutions!!!! So I will be contacting the better business beareu!!!! Apparently this organization needs to be reported immediately!!!!

I ordered shirts and returned because they were too small. I elected to have funds returned to my original payment method.

I was surprised to learn I’d been issued an e-gift card. I don’t need a gift card I need my money back.

The $9.99 fee to refund to original payment method is a scheme to discourage chargebacks.

I didn’t like the additional fee but didn’t care to do more shopping at the site. After speaking to a customer service representative I was told it’s nothing they could do. This is BS. Don’t force your customers to shop at your store. You’ve lost a customer over $88.15. Terrible business management.

I was contacted by a customer support representative and given a discount card to supplement the issue above. While still upset about not getting my refund, I do appreciate the courtesy Dylan provided in attempting to right the situation.

Paying such prices for products made outside of the USA screams of extreme profit! I made a mistake in the order. I assumed it was an American Company using American suppliers.
If I had known the country of origin of the supplier I would have modified the size requirement. Sadly now I have to go through the effort to try to get this Christmas present purchase corrected. After reading the reviews I can see I have inadvertently entered into a slow a deliberate fight with NFLShop. One that promises to be long & miserable fraught with rude people & poor customer service. I started this journey today 1/20/25 Will update as this develops.

I ordered a Box Nix Broncos jersey a few weeks before the season started. I got my jersey after week 1. So it took a little while to get here but it arrived in great shape and when i contacted someone they where helpful and the item arrived when the person said it would. 9.5/10 I would give it.

I ordered a jersey via express shipping in December 2024. I never received it. The store's customer service agent couldn't provide additional information. They reshipped the item. I received a UPS tracking number. UPS was supposed to give it to USPS. The second order has the same shipping issue. UPS claimed they were not involved. USPS said they didn't receive it. I told a USPS rep what UPS said. I was told they're known for saying that. The store's solution is issue a refund or try a third attempt. Never again will I order from the online shop. It's ridiculous that the store charges $100+ for jerseys but are nonchalant about possible fraud or theft. If they care that little, this means the clothing is trash.

Misleading company and fraudulent in their practices. Enticing consumers to buy without giving them a shipping/delivery date and not returning merchandise when the delivery date is unacceptable. And they are WAY overpriced. Stay with Amazon. They did take care of things so I am grateful for that.

Ordered jersey 10 days ago. Still waiting. Delayed for an additional 2 days. Don’t know if I will ever receive.

I have already written one review which was not positive. I don’t know if that same review is still available now that I am revising it. I was unable to return an item or get help at the time due to multiple factors. The NFL Shop has now resolved that problem very well. Thank you NFL Shop!

Ordered a 59.99 sweat shirt that was too large. Started return site reflecting I’d paid $59.99; selected ‘free shipping’ in exchange for a gift card credit to be spent at NFL Shop, clicked continue; the price of the sweatshirt had been changed from $59.99 to 41,99! The total refund to a card would be only $44.93. I deleted that attempt and progressed to see if paying $9.99 would get me a $50 refund. NOPE. That would have only refunded $34.94 to my credit card. They have quite a scheme going if you try to return an item. I will never order again from this site that I’ve used for years but never had to return anything.

I heard back from Madison and the shirt has been sent back. I was told the $9.99 shipping charge would be waived but so far not. I am upgrading from one start to 3 stars since I did receive a response so quickly however I won’t be ordering from them again though my husband still does.

Pethetic..customer service guy was a smart ass, the refund 9.99 extra is a scam, I dont know how that's legal, maybe nobody has reported it, it's a scam to get you to put it on a gift card so they can get more of your money, i sent back 2 jerseys over 200 dollars and received an email saying they would put it back on my original form of payment, the next day they send another email saying now they are putting it on an egift card, complete bullshit ive spent thousands of dollars here over the years...never again, now they lost a life long customer over 200 dollars

The most pathetic excuse I’ve seen for a jersey since 1986. They are a lightweight rag with toilet paper thin numbers and letters. And when you need to speak to customer personnel it’s from a person in the Philippines or Taiwan that doesn’t have a clue what they are doing and you can make out about 2 words in a sentence when they try talking. I will not be buying from Nike ever again any of their products. Jerseys made of recycled pop bottles and shoes made of half vinyl products. They care more about DEI and outsourcing manufacturing to 3rd world countries that produce dog shit. The NFL ruined the game with all the STUPID new rules now Nike has ruined the jerseys and shoes they make. I’m buying Addidas, puma’s and anything other than Nike way to FU*K it up people…

Stacy from NFL SHOP reached out to me via a phone call.
She was from our continent and spoke perfect understandable English. She was very professional, polite and extremely helpful. She understands the complete deterioration of the Jersey materials and the lack of quality construction due to manufacturing being done by 3rd world countries. FINALLY I am being reimbursed $125.00 for a jersey I sent back over a month ago and was given a half off code for any future purchase I think this is very fair and I’m very thankful ! Especially after all the phone calls explaining to people somewhere around the world who barely speak English and have no business whatsoever being in these positions. The NFL AND NIKE have ruined the jerseys due to recycling pop bottles and plastics to create the chassis of the jersey and maybe 1 cm thickness of the numbers. Just a couple of years ago the cheaper jerseys (ON FIELD) name tag in the neck and made in Guatemala ROCKED!!! It’s was a fair price for a nice jersey, NO MAS… my 9 year old boy said no way he won’t wear them now they are junk!. When a 9 year old says that you’ve got big problems Nike… so you had better do lots of review reading before you buy anything from NFL and NIKE products or your going to be unpleasantly surprised not disappointed but rather pissed off! The product decline is a complete a slap in the face. Ok nuff said BEWARE of the NFL and Nike jerseys now people.

I ordered 2 shirts, Philadelphia Eagles. 1 with #2 Slay Jr and 1 with #19 Sweat. Both came in a week late. Both have the wrong colors for the Eagles. The print job is the WORST I've ever seen and I worked in wholesale Imprintables sportswear for 14 years and I know cheap cheesy tshirts which is part of the print problem. I will NEVER order through NFLShop again.

I selected a 3xl hoodie. It looked really warm in the photos. When I received it, I discovered the material is paper thin and the size is more of a medium. I mean, really?
