Generally this is a good site. But, I would like to see better offers on one time purchases and the ability to use the promo codes advertised. It seems that these codes don't always work, I would like to be rewarded as a monthly customer without having to sign up as a subscriber that mandate auto billing. Faster delivery at a cheaper price would be good, too,

I love that I can find so many products I use shopping online at NHC. The website is easy to use. The sales and deals are good. If I ever have to call or ask for help wether in store or online, the staff is always friendly, helpful and accomodating.

Took forever to correct

You have been out of stock for my autoship the last 5 or 5 months. It has been so long I have forgotten

I have been getting joint supplements for my dog for 6 years and NHC has consistently had the lowest price and the highest quality customer service!

The last time I placed an order I wasn’t able to use my points and was told your policy changed and points expire after a few months now. I’d been receiving a monthly order for several years and lost a lot of points. As a result I’ve decided to buy from a different supplier. I continue to receive several emails from you each week despite trying to unsubscribe several times.

I love the canna cell night cream and all of sudden you stopped having it!

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had been a consistent customer for several years. Recently I needed to make a return and encountered Natalie the NHC AI assistant. Worst experience ever!!! Not only could it not find my order after I repeatedly supplied every detail from order # to zip code but a request for a human response took nearly a week with a promise of full refund 3 days after receipt. After I sent it back I received no notice that they received it. After about a week I contacted NHC and again encountered Natalie with the same inept results as before. After I called and left a message, I never heard back from anyone but eventually got an email from PayPal saying my refund would be made by the end of the month. I never heard from NHC and finally had to check my credit card statement to see if the refund had been made. I decided that this type of customer service wasn’t acceptable and decided to no longer order from them.

I have been ordering from them for a long time and really appreciate the speed and great service.

Orders are take and info asked for all direct and to point. Don’t remember date of order

The new site is more complicated, making it difficult to see my subscriptions and change them. I liked the way the previous way the the pages loaded so all the options were visible, instead of a few items at the top that may obscure all the options. Rewards have been reduced making one wonder about the utility of this site.

Ive had good experiences with this company. Find what I’m looking for, fair price and no minimum purchase for free shipping. Thank you
