Quality products, great service. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Asked whether a pendant could be supplied with a slightly larger chain - unfortunately not. Still ordered but now purchasing separately a longer chain (had a larger/longer chain been accommodated I would have given 5 star rating)

A great user experience from start to finish. The website was very easy use to find the perfect item, and all the options for the final spec were very clear. The instructions on how to send off the ashes were easy to follow, and I was always kept in the loop about next steps and timelines. I absolutely love my dog ashes ring. Even the parcel it was sent in was beautifully presented, and the unused ashes were sent back with it, along with a certificate of authenticity. Great value and service and I 100% recommend.

My husband had alzheimer. The flower looks like a forget-me-knot which I thought was appropriate. Love it. The ordering was easy to do and very prompt service. Thank you

It was a lovely piece of jewellery with my mums ashes in. But very disappointed of the size of the charm and the chain very thin.

Absolutely amazing. This was a gift of my Brothers ashes who recently passed for my mum’s 60th birthday. I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time, however it arrived so fast and it’s absolutely perfect. The quality is perfection, the packaging makes it feel personal and the care with the jewellery and left over ashes are incredible. 100% recommend and will be purchasing another piece of jewellery for myself at a later date.
