Necklace arrived and it was beautiful. I ordered the kit to do the ashes myself but if had to do it again i would say pay the extra fir them to do it as i found it very fiddly and hard to do, hard to know how much had gone in too .

Got a necklace with a name engraved in it, and it turned out beautifully! Was kept up to date of what was happening throughout the process. The shipping was to Northern Ireland, so I had to pay for the return of the ashes but this was clearly stated on an email and there was an option to cancel the order. The necklace is absolutely beautiful, it is exactly like the photo and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
