Got a necklace with a name engraved in it, and it turned out beautifully! Was kept up to date of what was happening throughout the process. The shipping was to Northern Ireland, so I had to pay for the return of the ashes but this was clearly stated on an email and there was an option to cancel the order. The necklace is absolutely beautiful, it is exactly like the photo and I'm really happy with how it turned out.

I received my lovely ashes ring ,which is well constructed and fits well on my finger. It arrived before the date time specified which was good as I will be able to wear it for his first anniversary of his passing away on 17/10/25. Thank you for the ring case and remainder ashes pouch.
