False Advertising ! Feb 8 2024 & Feb 29 2024 Flyers BOTH show the Family Size Honey Bunches of Oats on sale for $ 4.49 . They have pulled it off the shelves so they just say " sorry, we're out of stock ! Last week Parnoosh 907 g Dates were advertised at $4.99 . They scanned at $5.99 . Supervisor told cashier to change the price via Price Match . If you didn't look They STOLE a dollar from you .

My wife works here... Price drop on near death products have always been nice for my meal day of purchase. Miss the use of boxes though the reusable hauler bags are strong and last for multiple uses. Also self checkout is destroying job opportunities and costing many companies losses as it is much easier to steal 😔 if you simply input the wrong code, product, reduce the weight or say you haven't got any bags when you have several... Fair pay for the employees who deal with public brutality. If you work here you receive a small percentage off your weekly shop on Saturdays if you are an immediate family member. This is positive for us as we struggle with the price of food these days due to deep pocket issues. Usually understaffed as this company has a lack of personal connection with its employees and more to do with automated money making.

Are you kidding me? You no longer sell your no name brand french fries? You want people to spend more money on name brand items.....you suck, will not be shopping with you any longer!! Price gouging at it's best!!

The customer service at 3401 Lawrence ave east Scarborough no frills was terrifying disrespectful dishonest fries were on sale two for three, and they put the wrong price tag there to trick customers. I asked employee he told me he yes that’s correct price I went to the cash register with my other groceries to pay the cashier. She asked for a price check on the fries it took 24 minutes so I was waiting patiently and so this employee came he didn’t have any idea so then they asked for the manager, but then there was this other guy I don’t think he’s a manager he came and he was very rude disrespectful he gave me bad looks and he told me to step aside and let the other customers pay because you’re keeping up the line and there was only two people in line with me and that was very rude and he went in the corner and I saw him and he just swore at me and called me a B word and I asked him what did you say? He said he ignored me and this other guy his shift was over and he was leaving. They asked him and he was rude to me too. He told me it’s 214 loud like five times so everybody in the store can hear that that was very embarrassing and very rude disrespectful. I never had experience like this at nofrills before I always go shop here
For groceries that was very rude. I didn’t feel comfortable and I will never go shop at no-frills again. Specially this location or any other no-frills I did complain they didn’t do anything about it.

First, I would like to note the customers complain way too much on simple reasons about the cashiers. Customers are not always right and they are rude and ignorant to the cashiers. They are doing their jobs which is a simple task. Why give them a hard time? I've had so many ignorant cashier but have never complained whatsoever.

Also, the customer relations and owner hassles their employees like crap! They treat them like garbage. These people work hard and do their jobs deligently. Why not give them the benefit of the doubt?

Also, the working conditions are terrible. They hire more people and give the current employees less hours. Who can survive on minimal hours these days? They scrutinize the employees and yell at them. They don't respect them whatsoever especially in front of customers.

Adil's No Frills in Brampton is unfair and won't let his employees defend themselves. Customers are so ignorant these days and will try to complain about anything so they can get a free pass!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE Customer service in London at Jenn & ? No Frills Hamilton Rd . Totally screwed up my prices to the point I asked for a refund . I paid with $100 bill With the refund they were still short Had an employee that said she had never done a refund before. Had to wait for employee named Melissa who was on break .What a treat she was!!! Couldn’t add , subtract or have any ability to deal with a situation. Told me she couldn’t deal with it and slammed the calculator on belt and told me to figure it out , she was leaving and left Manager came and we figured it out until I realized I was going by the first receipt that I added up with a couple of things that I had refunded so no it wasn’t resolved and I was still out roughly $5. 3 employees and none of them with a clue on how to deal with problems. This store has really gone downhill. Sad reflection of the times

Owner Jim Traplin doesn't treat employees well. No proper breaks. He only gives you a 15 min break instead of 30 minutes. He refuses to give us cashiers the proper override code for price matching. This makes our job incredibly difficult & stressful. Causes long lines sbd wait times.
Customers get upset at us about prices, and difficulty in price matching. Meanwhile it's the owner Jim's fault. He only gives us a 10% discount

hey palmieri, train your workers not to look over customers shoulder at the selfcheck. we know what we're doing and don't need to be told rudely by your workers how to work it. if we need help WE'LL ASK FOR IT.

I believe that there should be handy-cap strollers for our senior costumer’s in all your location’s

Frills (85th Street SW, Calgary)

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the No Frills located on 85th Street SW in Calgary, and I felt compelled to share my positive experience, particularly with one staff member—Mary.

Mary's professionalism and kind demeanor made my shopping experience truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Her friendly approach and willingness to help created a welcoming atmosphere that is often rare in today's retail environment.

Gawd awful attitude from Patty cashier at Tom&Michelles. Always a smile and a laugh for my husband and every man she faces, (while I wait outside for him and observe from afar). Every woman gets a dirty look with terrible attitude. Scowl, frown and nasty whenever I am in front of her. I since always avoid her line. Too bad she the only one on return cash yesterday. Had to return a 10lb bag of potatoes (that I only noticed smelled like dead rotting animal once I got home). Only to have to endure a lecture about how I should 'always smell the bag before you buy it', and another scowl and frown/complaint from her. Yes I know Patty. It's my fault. How about NOT selling ROTTEN produce in the first place? Not the first time I had to return Rotten food to this NF's.

Well I bought some apples that were priced at 1.49lb but I was charged 2.49lb instead when I mentioned the cashier said when I put the code I get this price I said that I understand but I like this to be corrected and then she was super rude said you have to wait until someone get to help you I am going for lunch.
I couldn't believe she just leave me there waiting for other cashier to help me. This happened at nofrills at Coxwell Ave. It isn't the first time this cashier is rude to me.

Terrible customer service at Andrew & Shelley's No Frills located at Dufferin Mall. Customer service is extremely important and should be a priority. Staff need to be coached in this area. Prices are not as good as they once were but that is true at every grocery store with this crazy inflation. Would not recommend this location.

One of the worst (based on service) nofrills located at kennedy & Eglinton i ever seen. Recently they have reduce their cashier almost in a single desk even in bussy time. Owner dosent care i guess.

I don’t know how come this grocery store hires to disrespectful persons as supervisor. Very rude, zero educated. I guess workers like those are responsible of losing customers.

The checkout area's supervisor, a woman, displayed a high level of rudeness. When my friend and I made our purchases with a limit per family, she removed items directly from my bags. Despite my explanation that we were not a family and intended to pay separately, she still took the items away. This incident reflects extremely poor customer service on the part of a supervisor.

My review is about No Frills and the employee there. They really always have hard time in the afternoon and evening time because of long queues. Even though I was totally upset, I was impressed by the employee's kindness. The cashier was so professional in her job which makes me write this review.
Hope to really consider people's time, and don't forget to satisfy your employee.
Hope all the best for her and her colleagues 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞.

The parent company has changed the pricing labels, to a very small, barcoding system. A vast majority of products no longer have prices reflected; and those that do are extremely difficult to see. Hence one cannot price compare!! Staff struggle to know the price of items, aswell. It's been noted, that the company ensures, "in-store sales" are labelled & legible, pushing their profit margin, above their loyal customers! My family has used many of the chains, covered under this company's ownership. But we will be using other providers instead. We have also considered the Ontario Business Bureau. This issue was at No Frills, Superstore and Shoppers Drug Mart!
