The whole process of selling a property in the UK was very stressfull. We faced problems from every single direction, however with Portico we had only stress free interaction, there were extremelly pro-active chasing not only our solicitor but the buyers and the buyer's solictitors. I bought a property through the Ealing Broadway branch and Leah, Rohan and Luke were great throughout. I was overseas when I first saw the property for sale and Luke kindly took a video of the property for me. Once my offer was accepted Rohan was very accommodating with several visits I wanted to make, whilst Leah was a star in keeping the sales process moving. She kept lines of communication clear and frequent which really helped alleviate the stress of the purchase. Got there in the end! Great team, would definitely recommend.
