Stephen at Sanders Property has been great to deal with. Quick, clear communication, and when a deal hit a snag on the landlord’s side he was upfront straight away and found a fair solution for everyone. Would happily work with him again.

We cannot speak highly enough of Sanders Property.
Having rented in London for approx seven years, I can confidently say that Sanders has been the smoothest and most friendly experience we have had to date.
From arranging the initial viewing right through to moving day, Stephen has been enormously helpful at every stage. The initial offer stage and referencing process was smooth and straightforward, as was the move-in itself, and any issues that arose have been resolved remarkably quickly. The property was also in excellent condition when we arrived. What truly sets Sanders Property apart is the sense that they genuinely care about each and every tenant, unlike some agencies we have experienced in the past.

Stephen and the team at Sanders Property made getting our current apartment incredibly easy. They are highly responsive, professional, and genuinely care about their tenants. A smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Before reaching out to Stephen Sanders l had no idea where to start or what to do in selling my father's house due to him being in a care home and having to sell to pay for his care .
Stephen initially came to view the property back in January this year and as soon as l met him l knew l had found the right agent with his over 20 year experience in the property field.
He made the process very easy and kept me in the loop every step if the way .
I'm happy to say the house has been sold which was very quick ..the house was up for sale on the Friday and by the Monday it was sold .
I can't recommend Stephen Sanders high enough with leaving the sale of the property in his expert hands .
I am very grateful and now have piece of mind that the money from the sale is now in my fathers account to pay for his continued care .
Thanks again

Excellent agent, very professional

I used Sanders Property to let a premium apartment with sea views within a private estate in the Thanet (Kent) area, prime real estate. Even though this was outside of the London footprint that Sanders generally covers I put my faith in the agency - rather than a local agent - due to my past excellent experience some years ago with Sanders selling an Islington townhouse for me. My trust in Sanders Property and, in particular, Stephen Sanders, was cemented back then and was repaid in full with my recent experience with Stephen and his team. From the outset, clear, speedy, open communication and transparency at all times; and, ultimately, results delivered. Rental price was important, but of paramount importance was the quality of tenant given the quality of property and community within the apartment block. Stephen was happy to work with me to meet final prospective tenants, this was not just a numbers game to the agency. I now have an excellent tenant in place. I have now used Sanders Property from its relative infancy to a now well-established agency; for both a premium sale and now letting; within its general London footprint and outside of London and it has always delivered. Most important to me, I have full trust and confidence in Stephen and his team because of the personable, respectful service one always receives. In short, the only property agency I have faith is using.

Great help and great communication at all times. Would definitely recommend.

Stephen and his team were fantastic to work with. They provided exceptional support throughout the process of dealing with my property, always remaining professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. They managed to find a solution much quicker than I expected, making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stephen and his team to anyone looking for reliable and professional property services.

We had a very positive experience working with Stephen Sanders throughout our tenancy process. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Communication was always clear, and he made the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

The only difficulty we encountered was with the third-party referencing company, which caused some delays. However, this was outside Stephen’s control, and he remained supportive and kept us updated throughout.

We really appreciate his professionalism and would be happy to recommend Stephen and Sanders Property to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful letting agent.
