Very professional agents. They guided us throughout the process and answered all of our questions promptly and clearly.

Stephen has always showed great efforts with our property from the day we first met him. He has done an excellent job from finding great tenants and always keeping us informed throughout every step. He has always available to respond to our queries at any time of the day. Very professional and excellent customer service!

Excellent service. Stephen, the person looking after my property, couldn't do enough to support the rental of my property. He made the process so easy and transparent. I would highly recommend Sanders Property to deal with your property.

Great agent during both the viewing process and after renting as a tenant - super responsive and has been quick to address all small issues with the flat that we've encountered!

Have been with Sanders Property for a few years now and have never considered leaving because they’re brilliant - better than some of the big, well-known companies, and a pleasure to deal with. Stephen himself is responsive, proactive, hard-working and professional, and takes a real pride in what he does. He’s great with people, very fair, and looks after both tenant and landlord really well. Thank you very much indeed Stephen.

Throughout our entire stay, Stephen was consistently highly responsive, attentive, and extremely helpful, always addressing our requests promptly and with great courtesy. His communication was clear, professional, and reassuring at all times.

Even after our assigned agent was changed, I reached out to him again to request a recommendation, and he responded immediately with the same level of kindness, willingness, and efficiency, which reflects his genuine commitment to excellent customer service.

I recently rented a flat through Sanders Property and the whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. From my first enquiry, they were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful.

All my questions were answered quickly and clearly, and I always felt up to date with what was happening.

Stephen arranged viewings at times that suited me, handled the paperwork efficiently, and guided me through every step of the application and referencing process. What I expected to be stressful ended up being simple and straightforward, thanks to their organisation and clear communication.

Move-in was just as easy: contracts were prepared promptly, details were explained in plain language, and any small issues were dealt with immediately. I’m now settled in my new flat and couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled.
