Fantastic experience! When my Nilfisk pressure washer had problems, my interaction with the local dealer wasn’t the best. I reached out to Northwest for guidance and possibly some parts. I believe I spoke with James and his mum, who were incredibly helpful, providing excellent advice and direction. It was great to have someone on the phone offering technical support. In the future, when it's time to fix or upgrade my current washer, Northwest will be my first choice. Thanks a bunch for the assistance!

Our order for new washers came promptly two days after the order was placed and North West Power Washers supplied a manual. It wasn’t for our model but was good enough to help. Very impressive service and if the repair works it will save a fortune and contribute to sustainability.

Have a problem with water leakage from my trigger handle. After speaking to a lovely lady called Christine and sending her photos she was able to advise on what parts I would need, and sent me the links on what to order.

We ordered last minute and although the wrong product was sent initial, a replacement was dispatched very quickly and reached us in time! James was very helpful via email and resolved my issue.

Messaged to ask what part i needed for the fault I had. Within 10 mins I knew which part was required and how to fit it.
Replacement part was posted to me the Very next day and my pressure washer is now back in full working order

Excellent customer service. I purchased a Nilfisk Telescopic Roof cleaner which was the best price I could find on the internet. They responded very quickly and were most helpful. I would definitely use this Company again. I was most impressed. I highly recommend them.

i cant praise this company enough my nifilsk powerwash stopped working and i was just going to replace it until i came across this company. I contacted them with my problem and they suggested the issue was a faulty start stop valve and gave me a link to a new one and told me how to replace it. i received the part the next day . i replaced it and it is back working again. Thank you john

Awesome! I had an issue with my Nilfisk pressure washer, and after having a not great experience with my local Nilfisk agent, contacted Northwest for some advice and potentially buying more parts, spoke with James I think and his Mum they were super and gave me advice and pointed me in the right direction. So good to be able to speak with a person on the end of the phone and get technical help. When I come to repair or replace my current model I will only be shopping with them. Excellent Service from North West Power Washers. Order was placed and items delivered on time. Invoices apparently are sent with parcel, however, as the items are received by another team, these weren't passed on. Not a problem, I e-mailed NWPW and copies were sent back same day. They also advised me how to request that the invoices are e-mailed to me directly when placing future orders. Great service!

This company is super helpful. Highly recommended, they can't do enough to help. Why aren't all companies this good??
