Glad I called these guys for help before I bought
After going back and forth with my decision on an awning for my campervan, I called Norwich Camping and Leisure and was met with helpful, no pressure, good information to hep me decide. Which I did, ordered straight away and delivery was quick too.
One part of my order was delayed and Norwich Camping and Leisure kept me informed and the item arrived a couple of days later. Excellent service and I am very happy with my purchase

Quick well organised delivery .
Parasol.seems sturdy and easy to move up and down . Disappointed by base Difficult to keep rubber band on base when assembling and without it base starts to disintegrate

Hi Jade,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're so pleased to hear you had a great camping experience! However, we believe your review may have been intended for a campsite rather than Norwich Camping & Leisure, as we're a camping and outdoor leisure retailer. If that's the case, we'd really appreciate it if you could leave your review on the correct business page so they receive the recognition they deserve. Thanks again, and we hope you enjoy many more camping adventures!
Obsolete talbot express part
The original part I ordered was no longer available so they identified and supplied the new part for the same price as the obsolete original. Good company with great customer service.
