Excellent service
A little hiccup at first . It was rectified by the excellent staff concerned and I was kept up to date throughout . I think his name was Steve .
The awning and comfort pack was an excellent buy and a much better price than other camping stores .
We will definitely use them again . Thankyou

We purchased a new caravan air awning…
We purchased a new caravan air awning with additional sun canopy and electric pump specific to the caravan just purchased. Within 2 months we realised we needed to change to a larger caravan which made the awning redundant. As we hadn’t used the awning, we were able to return the awning, received a full refund minus very reasonable postage charge. Excellent, prompt communication through the whole process.

Your staff were very helpful when I phoned after having problems when placing my order online with my banks one time password once the problem was sorted I received my awning within two days.

They had time for a Conversation about what I was thinking of buying with out being pushy and found the extras that I required at a good price, I purchased the awning and extras, few days later it was delivered all on timeline they stated very pleased, tested awning and was perfect for me very quick to put up just as they described
Will be dealing with these people again I really like that they had time to discuss what I was looking for.

Efficient delivery by Norwich Camping & Leisure.
It’s taken me a long time to source any type of replacement cover for this very useful and easy to put up gazebo, as Quest denied they do them. But this is a Quest product with their logo on it. Zero marks for Quest here.
Bit expensive too, but grateful NC&L stocked it.
