Item was never dispatched and they did nothing about it, had to raise a charge back dispute.

A message for the company: instead of replying on here, reply to the support emails

I placed an order for a memorial box and paid for express delivery which was 24 hours.
It took 24 hours for the seller to confirm that they received the order and then in the next 24 hours there was no further update.
I contacted the selller and on the positive side this was resolved within a few hours.

My query was dealt with and immediately.

Although the original item was not quite perfect, both Not On The High Street and Dust and things dealt with the problem promptly and efficiently. The personal service from Dust and things especially was excellent and follow up from Not on the High Street was reassuring

Fabulous company to deal with, it’s an absolute pleasure doing business with you.

Brought a present, it never arrived, unable to message sellar, not able to be refunded so therefore I feel conned

I ordered 2 scarves from one of their sellers, Forest and Co. 4 turned up, all the wrong colour. Of course they took payment for 4 scarves even though I only ordered 2.
Promised to refund but we are now well into the New Year and nothing has been refunded.
I will file a claim in the small claims court as I’m fed up with being ripped off by companies.
FOREST AND CO. Remember the name

Apparently my address did not fill out properly on the order so they sent it anyway with the town and post code ! I didn’t receive the item and more were they very helpful on my refund! Usually if your address is incomplete it won’t let you submit!WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN!!!!!

Usually excellent service but very disappointed this time. Ordered for Christmas and no delivery nearly one month later. No explanation or contact and unable to contact the seller or rather, no response from seller after three emails.

I ordered (81087145) x3 naked marshmallow gift sets for Xmas on 19th Nov these were delivered 2nd Dec. These were left on my doorstep on a Main Street and by the time I got home the box was not there. I have been promised a refund by 5th jan. This refund has never been received and now I am not getting any responses from Not on the high street although I have chased daily.

Well was not helped at all and would never again shop with a company that has no customer service.

She changed my email address for me as I put it in wrong and found my order so it was good to here as I got worried I didn’t get confirmation at the time I ordered

I'd give a zero star review if possible. I bought an item, got notification it was on its way. It should have been dispatched 2 weeks ago but hasn't been. I've tried to follow the instruction to contact seller, etc and nothing. The item was meant to be a Christmas gift, I had to buy something else. I'm going to contact my credit card company to get a refund. Avoid

I would totally recommend this seller….i had an issue but this was resolved in lightning fast time and it was over the Christmas holidays. Product is beautifully presented and sent out really quickly

NOTH Customer service worked hard to sort things out, and Querty, the seller, were superb. NOTH is a great idea, a bit like Etsy for gifts and day EXPERIENCES, just takes getting used to order system. I like the idea enough to continue with them.

I ordered and paid for a burnt orange scarf for my wife as xmas pres
wrong colour arrived so called Forest Co in Totnes. they promised to send correct colour and I agreed to pay for a second scarf if my wife liked them as a presrnt for her birthday on 2nd Jan. Nothing has been sent and Elaine will not respond to emails or answer phone.AVOID THIS COMPANY

Very disappointed with their response when I wasn't happy with one of their traders.
Would not use again.
