No parcel ordered 3 weeks ago in the UK…
I have been waiting for a parcel since the 25.3.26 it was a birthday present but the date has gone. Still no communication from the firm who happily took my money, I won't be using Etsy again - which is a shame that one company can cause problems for everyone else..

Almost a month
I ordered an item 15th March and my money was taken almost straight away, then I found out it would be delayed only by searching to see when I would be receiving it. I have sent 5/6 emails and all I’ve really received back is would I like to cancel it and not when I will be receiving it or I will be receiving an email from the seller within 1 working day which doesn’t happen. It is now 11th April and I am still waiting on my item or an email telling me when I will be getting it. Almost a month waiting for standard delivery

I downloaded the NOTHS app & ordered 2…
I downloaded the NOTHS app & ordered 2 items from Marquis & Dawe. I entered my credit card details & all seemed fine. I hadn't received any order confirmation or delivery details but the payment went onto my bank, pending as it was a bank holiday. I sent emails to NOTHS& M & D, this morning I called M & D & spoke to Beth, who told me to contact them if no news by Friday.
However, in your recent email, the order has been cancelled as it can't be processed. This isn't a good 1st experiencevof this app. It may be beneficial to have a customer service phone number as emails & chats cross over each other & communication is poor.

Don't bother using - Not helpful when things go wrong !
Ordered from Charlie Boots via Not on the High Street.
The item never arrived, the seller was unhelpful and did not resolve the issue.
Customer service at Not on the High Street did nothing to support me and just referred back to the seller.
Solved it myself by getting a refund via PayPal.

Not one, but two deliveries that have turned up without any notification and now I have to do the chasing. PLEASE don't think it's "the Seller's" responsibility as products are bought through your website!

Order processing system through PayPal…
Order processing system through PayPal does not work correctly. I ended up with 3 pending payments with PayPal, none of which went back to Not On The High Street to place the order. When I reached out to Not On The High Street customer service for advice on what I could do they didn't read my first email properly and blanked the second one. Really disappointed that having used NOTHS for years with hardly a problem and great Customer Service the couple of
times I have needed help, this time their Customer Service has proved to be so poor.

If the product isn't delivered on time, it's not their problem, contact the courier.
No reply from the company after 24 hours.
Will not be using them again.
