Very unhappy with being put out trying to find contact details for this lot.
I paid extra for quicker delivery -next day- and am waiting still.
I texted with James mc, plonker, whom told me one week before delivery.
Avoid at all cost as they're useless thieves of £4.99

I ordered (Nancy & Betty Studio) Christmas crackers. They were nice but one of the six crackers had no notion in it, which, for the overall price was rather a swindle.

When I wrote a review, Not On the High Street never replied.

This is the 2nd time I've bought gifts/items from Not on the High street (25/7/2023 & 26/2/2026)and on both occasions I've needed some information on my purchases and when I've written to them they have replied promptly and been very helpful and friendly. Their items are good quality items and beautifully designed and crafted. I would definitely shop from them again.

I had an issue with an item I purchased. Its the first time I've had to return something. Fortunately Marine was at hand to deal with it immediately. Its the level of customer service I appreciate, and have come to expect from Not On The High Street.

Scam company, they allow anyone to sell and take your money for goods that don't arrive . Customer service takes ages to get hold of and help. Sellers dont reply. Refunds promised don't arrive.total scam and illegal business . Stay away

They sell poor quality products and it’s really just not worth buying from them.

I ordered an item ( not yet arrived)
I was offered a 10% discount and to join the NOTHS member club which I thought was free but was actually £10 a year
I joined thinking it was free and although it was my mistake I contacted NOTHS and was told the £10 members fee is non refundable!!!

Now they have asked me for feedback so here it is

Original email had been hacked and couldn't change my details without the original email. Got in touch with NOTHS who were very speedy, helpful and efficient at getting me logged back in. Thank you Louise!

My experience is always easy, efficient and timely delivery.
The gifts are good quality, a little expensive, but a good selection to choose from.
Follow up with delivery and any issues is always prompt and helpful.

My order arrived with the wrong fittings. Unlike other companies who are happy to rectify their wrongs, 'Not on the high street', kept me waiting for 3 days before issuing a reply, only to pass me back to the seller, asking for more information, photographs and original packaging. It's only a couple of door handles it's utterly ridiculous you cant simply send the correct fixtures.

i had put in the wrong email so i didn’t get a confirmation email stating that my order was received. the company has great communication and were able to find my order. they were polite and very helpful

She had quick responses and she helped me to understand what I needed to do

Terrible company and awful customer services. I returned my purchase and have now been waiting 18 days for a refund. The seller does not respond to my emails. Have raised a complaint with not on the high street and they say I need to wait another 14 days for it to be issues!! Do not use, I have never had such a bad experience when purchasing something online.

I have finally received a refund after nearly 2 months. At last Alexandra actioned it. Thank you.
