Pathetic excuse for a company! Pure scammers! Ordered a valentine card 9 days ago and they can’t even get delivery by today! Don’t even bother responding to any emails, do yourself a favor and block these worthless scamming rats.!!!

I ordered a present for my daughter on Notonthehighstreet and needed it urgently. I settled for next day delivery. I then read some terrible reviews which worried me so I sent them a message saying it was urgently required. They responded to me very quickly and offered to drive the parcel to the depot I. Order for it to be rushed. They were very helpful and the product was delivered in good condition and on time. I was very impressed with the service. Thank you.

My order didn’t arrive and I got no support in when it should arrive or where it is. The support was very automated and same paragraphs over again. Disappointed.

Despite following all instructions to create an account, I was unable to check out. I tried over several days and contacted the help desk who were unable to help.

Then I could not delete my account myself but had to request the help desk to do so. Disappointing experience.

Placed an order for a candle holder with 'The Best Room' via NOTHS on 30th Jan. When I tracked my order, there was a delay with dispatch. I contact 'The Best Room' via NOTHS on 5th Feb & received a reply to say that they had moved warehouse but that my order would be dispatched that day. Sadly that was a lie, my order had still not been dispached by 11th Feb. I then bypassed the time wasting seller & requested a refund from NOTHS. At least the refund was processed quickly. Had I read the reviews here I would never have ordered from NOTHS or 'The Best Room' - gotta laugh at the irony of the retailers name!

The absolutely appalled by the experienced gained by this company. I still have not received two pieces of jewellery the I ordered from the little keepsake company. I have payed & it has been taken out of my account but no goods even after contacting the company directly twice & NOTH. Do not buy from this company !

Very helpful and quick responses

Have no idea what they are doing. You order something, pay in full, then they come back and say the order cannot proceed with personalisation on it. You then say forget that part and send please and then get told on 3 more occassions that they are waiting to hear from you!!! They are not reading anything sent to them...

Excellent service, easy to order lots of help if you make a mistake. Kept up to date on order.

I haven't received what I bought because I forgot to put the street number on my address.
The seller, instead of contacting me - they had email and phone number - sent it like that and of course I didn't receive it.

I don't call this good service.

Credit card wallet ordered, paid for and order confirmed. However no product was received after 8 days and NOTHS proved unable to/ unwilling to contact the seller to ascertain the issue.
NOTHS communication was poor and then stopped.
I have ordered another card holder via a more reliable seller directly
Cost me £30 to find out NOTHS are unreliable
Caveat emptor….

Prompt and courteous service regarding my order request.

Bought a lamp from Gillian Arnold via Not on the High Street, only to find it was widely available, for much cheaper on Amazon and Debenhams. This struck me as surprising, as I visited this site to find something more bespoke. They accepted the return but I found subsequent support when I informed them of an issue with the return to be unhelpful, and I had to it resolve myself. Would not buy from them directly or via Not on the High Street again.

I ordered 3 t-shirts from Mallo Clothing. After only a couple of washes (at the recommended temperature) the design almost completely disintegrated. I reached out to the seller, but they repeatedly ignored me. Please don't waste your money on these t-shirts.
