Those bastards! They pocketed all the music licenses and deleted everything on July 17, 2025 (confirmed by Spotify itself).

All your music is gone. Worse still, they're not even distributing it, another company is handling that.

Not a single email from them, nothing at all. If you have the opportunity to sue them, don't hesitate.

I don’t know why YouTube is partnered with them. They have full access to YouTube Content ID tools and use that to scam people.

In addition, they don’t remove your songs when you request a takedown because they use third parties to deliver your music to streaming platforms.

A terrible experience.

Its a scam! Don't waste time, i contact many times too support but i didn't get any reply, they taken ypur royalist but didn't give you!

So you buy a chair and it breaks you wait about a month then there come fix it then 4 weeks later it breaks again now there won't come fix it unless I pay a call out fee but chair under warranty wth this company is the worth n if you have ndis don't use them there rip u off bad company

Loads of stuff happened here

1. I bought a vevo channel from them, but they kept charging me extra. So I had to go through their support and THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. Luckily I got my money back. Also THEY DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT. THEY EMAILED ME SAYING ITS HERE AND WHEN I CLICKED ON IT, IT JUST LOOKS LIKE A CHANNEL THAT THEY CREATED IT AND ACTING LIKE “iTs vEvO!1!’’

Luckily, I got my money back and I bought distrokid, THEY ARE WAY BETTER THEY ATLEAST PAY ME.

At first I thought they're good, cuz they got my tracks pretty fast on Spotify, but interesting thing starts after I requested to take down all my songs. They really did it at every platform, but later I discovered that they posted my tracks on a new Spotify profile with the same name, while old one still exists, and they don't answer my questions about this.

Novecore hat meine zwei Alben ohne Ankündigung aus Spotify und Youtube usw. Gelöscht, auf Narichten wird nicht geantwortet. Nun werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten und werde Der Firma in Großbritannien mit den dortigen Justiz Behörden ein Besuch abstatten. Es sollten noch viel mehr machen. Des weiteren haben die nicht mal ein richtigen Firmensitz und nur ein kleines Büro in ein Co Working Center wo die nicht immer anzutreffen sind, nun das sagt ja schon alles.

Modifico la mia recensione: Novecore è un buon distributore musicale gratuito, sebbene in questi anni di uso abbia riscontrato molti problemi. Ad esempio ho avuto problemi nella pubblicazione su Spotify dei miei ultimi rilasci, e perciò sono stati pubblicati, dopo una mail di richiesta aiuto, dopo molti (troppi) mesi.

I used novecore for 2 years or something and to this day I haven't got any royalties for any of my songs. tbh it wasn't a problem to me because I know I have small amount of listeners. but I realized that few days ago my releases started to disappearing from Spotify every 2 or days without any notification, but at the same time all of them are visible on other platforms and visible on my novecore account.

So after almost three years I’ve decided to write an message to their team noticing how a release I made under my previous artist name (Breaking Sketches) is still up on YouTube Music even after having requested a takedown that made it no longer available on streaming platforms like Spotify.

Apparently, they couldn’t take it down from YT Music due to a “bug” like founder “M.M.” would say on someone else’s review; but well, after writing such message, I hope it can get taken down in its entirety from EVERYWHERE.

I’ve decided to rate this website two stars instead of one because, at least, they were good with distributing my album but the issue with the takedown is something I wouldn’t even want to repeat with my current artist name.

EDIT: Just found out that this same release is also on SoundCloud, so I'm lowering my review rating to only one star.

You are using my content without my permission. Your fake client cut some parts of my song and uploaded it on your platform for distribution and verified the content ID, which is not only against the law but also misuse of your platform.

I am submitting details in your contact form, sent many mails but still no response. Are you not going to resolve this issue? If not, then please let us know officially. Those of us affected will handle it ourselves. If you can't take it down, at least provide the contact details of the uploader.

Honestly, you know better yourselves whether you are like the fraudsters your users deal with, or...

Avoid at all costs. It is a complete fraud. My songs have had three million views on YouTube alone since I uploaded them more than two years ago, but they have not paid me Anything, I Recommend using Tunecore or RoutNote they are much better.

I don’t understand why Matthias Merkel can’t respond to my reviews regarding him taking down my music from all stores like he promised. He said 1 week but it’s been almost two months and he evades having to have dialogue with you its petty and irritating at this point if you notice he will not respond to this review. also he will respond if you use his real name in a review and will ask trustpilot to remove it but wont respond directly to the accusations..

They are scammer.

Bad Platform. Customer Service never responds they SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF ROYALTIES they removed my songs .
