Direct Debit form
Twice we have sent in a direct debit form to change banks and they don't seem yo be processing them as they keep taking the payments from the wrong account and putting the account overdrawn and then we have to pay more money to bring it back up and pay the overdrawn fee. Not good enough

Great Service with a competitive rate!
Great service from beginning to the end and a really competitive rate. We went to our bank, standard big four and found there service was lacking and a rate that was nearly twice as much as NOW were offering. Grea to see NOW keeping the big 4 on their toes.

Customer service.
Customer service was great. It was relatively easy and quick to be approved and even quicker to see the funds in my account after approval. the only reason they dont get 5 stars is the interest rate is a bit high. I was given 18% whereas i found 16% elsewhere. however they wanted a payment upfront. i guess the 18% makes up for no upfront costs
