Tabreze guided me through the process and answered my questions quickly and clearly. Very helpful communication . Also organised to have the machine sent to me and it arrived in the timeframe as promised. Certainly a very efficient customer service and would happily recommend them to anybody.

Fast service with excellent after sales care.
i tried for a few weeks to get an agreement in place with another company who has a plethora of errors in their contracts and eventually gave up.
I contacted NPI and Tabrez sorted me out in less than a week.
Today i had a special request and it was attended to in under an hour. Fantastic after sales service!

Easy to use
Im a driving instructor and I was thinking about getting a card machine. I called a few but found Aaron from NPI so knowledgeable and he put me at ease straight away. To date I've had no issues whatsoever. The card machine is easy to use. I can highly recommend Aaron and the team.
