Awesome customer support!
Many years ago (2007) I purchased a copy of Kernel for Outlook PST Repair, and used it occasionally.
When I tried to use it recently, Outlook emails were visible but attempting to save them caused an error. The program update site was no longer available.
I contacted Support and they did their best to verify the purchase. Because it was so long ago, their and my records were inadequate. Nonetheless they sent me a current update, which installed easily and solved my problem.
I consider this excellent customer service and I recommend the company and its products.
