this is really a great product (I purchased the product "Kernel Exchange Suite (Technician License)" after I had a great live support chat with one of their technical supporters Aashutosh Sharma.
The product itself meets all my expected requirements, mainly export from Exchange 2019 mailbox database EDB file to fresh created O365 mailboxes because our customer was hit by ransomware and nearly all servers+clients and NAS were infected. Luckily we found one single still uninfected *.EDB file, so we could save are customer's valuable old emails...

WOW - A Company, this is a company that really does 24x7 support unlike those that advertise it and never deliver. I did pre-sales with Paritosh who explained everything, then because I was stressed and tired I missed the simple instructions. I placed a support request in that was initially answered in less than 2 minutes, then a screen share. The result is a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER, I love companies and people that deliver on the promise they make on pre-sales. I can only ward 5 stars, you and the team are very worthy of far more. great support, actually called me and showed me how their product worked, great price, much cost effective than the other o365 migration tools.

Our organization needs a tool to migrate files from an old Novell linux server to Sharepoint online. I am trying a demo of the Kernel Migrator for Sharepoint to see if it will be able to see the files from my Windows 10 PC. (I have the files mounted to my PC via OES.) I was not able to get the mounted files to display in the tool's Source panel. I asked for tech support to see if this was possible. I worked with both Mr. Debiprassana Dwibedi in Kernel Apps Support and Mr. Tarun from the Product Development Team over a Zoom Meeting, and we were able to get my PC configured using the MS Net command so that the Kernel Migrator tool could see these mounted files. I was then able to use the demo version of the tool to successfully copy some of the files to my Sharepoint destination. These two software engineers were very resourceful and great to work with - and I am using the demo version! 5 stars from me!

I love this product and their support is excellent! Paritosh is extremely Knowledgeable, patient and respectful. I reviewed many other competitive products and found Kernel to be the best. I was not experienced in setting up google projects with the security necessary to get the product configured. They walked me though all the gsuite setup and ensured their software was working properly.

I made a mistake when purchasing the product and they immediately solved the problem.

I was running into some issues, migrating my emails from my exchange on prim to office 365, tech support was there for me, I called them, they were able to give me a solution that worked. I’m very happy with this software, it’s less expensive than most migration programs and it works very well.

fast and good support, their products have done what they need to do so far so im pleased with it!
