Friendly and professional service.

Love the cot we've purchased. There is a small chip on one side but they had no problem changing it.

We are waiting on one product to come but we have been reassured it's on it way.

Definitely recommend this company. 😀

Ordered through amazon and they only sent one of the 2 boxes. Neither amazon or the courier were taking responsibility so was a lot of back and forth and replacement wouldn't be delivered for 2 months.

I explained the situation to Charlie at Obaby who quickly resolved this by sending a replacement box out even though this was not their fault! A great credit to the company

Never buying from Obaby again. We bought the Stamford luxe changing unit. The parts are faulty that don’t fit into each other. I emailed the customer service requesting for refund and not feeling comfortable or safe using their design anymore. They replied by blaming us of too enthusiastic when assembling the product? What kind of reply was that?
The customer service arranged the replacement without discussing with me where I have requested a refund in the first place.

We've had our cot bed for over three years, and it has been absolutely fantastic. It has supported our son from birth and is now his "big boy" bed. Recently, we reached out to customer service for assistance, and Maria went above and beyond to help us. It's so refreshing to experience such excellent customer service from a company!

I contacted Obaby Customer Services as I had lost some of the pieces to assemble our cot, Natalie was amazing. She found the parts we needed and sent them out FOC, this was above and beyond what I was expecting. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Contacted them for some replacement cot bed parts that we misplaced, within 24 hours we had a response to say that they’d dispatched the parts we needed for us. Can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service this good! Thank you :)

I recently bought a cot from Obaby that is of very good quality and reasonably priced. Although a part was damaged it was quickly replaced without fuss, so thank you. Obaby is recommended as a supplier.

High back rocking chair - one of the bolt holes for assembly did not line up. I had to enlarge the hole so the bolt would sit straight. Poor quality control. What is the world coming to when companies think this is acceptable.

Natalie in customer service is exceptional! In fact the whole customer service team are brilliant. I placed an order via John Lewis and had to rearrange delivery Did not get a resolution with John Lewis but the Obaby team were an absolute joy to deal with and resolved the delivery with ease. They make you feel valued as a customer and could offer some tips to John Lewis in that department. Obaby will be our go to supplier for all things baby as you can’t put a price on excellent service thanks again

The most comfortable and relaxing chair for nursing and for pregnancy. The chair comes with so many features to keep you and baby comfy. It is of amazing quality also so you won’t be disappointed!

We contacted Obaby as we had lost some parts to the cot whilst it was in storage, the team were very helpful in providing the parts for a small and reasonable fee.
Overall the cots have served us very well (we have had 2 cots across our 3 children), they are sturdy and provide good storage and look very nice.

they helped me with my return super quickly, Katie and the team were great, i was annoyed at first but now their customer service team resolved everything, thanks a lot and yes i would buy again from obaby

Amazing customer service. I’ve had a cot and changing table for about 4 years now and it’s been used a LOT. I’d managed to render one of the screws that use the Allen keys as useless and after emailing the company they have immediately sent me a replacement. As for the products, couldn’t rate them highly enough, brilliant. Mention to Charlie (Charlotte - Customer Experience Manager) who dealt with this for me. Credit to the company.

Missing parts - took over a week of back and forth emails to get a replacement sent. No response to other damaged parts highlighted. Very disappointed by the quality and experience.

I bought the obaby gliding chair with footstool when at the baby show in Manchester earlier in the year, and asked that they deliver around September time as I’m due my first baby in December. At the end of August I emailed their customer service just to check what date it’d be delivered roughly, they happily checked for me and I promptly received delivery details as promised. The chair itself was simple to put together, although we struggled slightly with figuring out the arm rests, so I again emailed customer service who within 2 days emailed me with a thorough explanation on how to put it together along with photos! Nothing was too much for them. Not only is the chair incredibly comfy and perfect for us, but the company itself are very efficient, polite and helpful.
