I had seen the Obaby nursery furniture on instagram but wasn't sure on the quality. I shopped around and was about to buy a nursery set from mama's and papa's for around £1200 I didn't even like that much. Eventually went to the Baby & Toddler show where Obaby was exhibiting and I'm so glad I waited! The furniture is such good quality, not rickety at all, and the service and delivery was amazing. Highly recommend.

We ordered an Obaby cot bed and unfortunately some of the screws were missing. Although this wasn’t ideal, I contacted Obaby and within 1 day they replied to me, apologised and advised they had posted the missing items to me. I received them within a couple of days. Great service and impressed at their speedy resolution.

I had some lost screws for my obaby cot when I emailed to ask if I could purchase some a full set was sent to me free of charge. Fantastic customer service

I was researching nursing chairs and so many people told me not to bother but I’m so glad I didn’t listen. I went for the Maddison in boucle and not only is it aesthetically gorgeous, it is really comfortable!

Both myself and my partner love sitting in this chair and doing feeds, comforting and reading to our baby and cannot wait for the memories we are going to create in this chair.

I also love to sit in it to read myself, pump and just scroll on my phone. It’s our favourite bit of furniture in the house and it will move to our living room once our little one grows up!

Don’t hesitate to purchase, it’s really worth it!

We purchased a Nika cot and changing unit from OBaby via a 3rd party supplier - Please note our baby is not due yet so I cannot comment wholly on the products.

We purchased the 'grey washed' models. The cot appears study, well made beautiful colour and was easy-ish to put together but 2 people will be required.

The changing unit, now we here had a bit of a nightmare.

The screw holes didn't marry up for the drawers and the actual changing unit would not 'cam-lock together.

So, I made contact with OBaby (their contact details are not the easiest to find). Eventually I spoke to a Customer service agent named Katie, who was fantastic.

After some back and forth of trying a few things I managed to get the drawers together with a bit of robust 'jimmying'. However the changing unit would not go together, despite Katie arranging new cam-locks to be delivered. So, new parts were arranged and hooray, they appear to be tighten and work as they should.

So overall, a positive customer experience, particularly when things are not working as they should.

Fingers crossed when our little bundle of joy arrives, the OBaby products are effective and safe.

I purchased the obaby Stamford nursery set for my daughter’s room. After five months of use, unfortunately the drawers on the changing table broke. I contacted customer services and they did every thing they could to try and determine why they weren’t working. When we couldn’t fix them, they didn’t hesitate to send a new changing table out to me! 10/10 customer service. Katie in the customer service team is a credit to the company! Thank you so much!

I contacted Obaby because my daughter moved and lost the screws and bolts for their cot, they don’t have a lot of money so couldn’t afford a new cot so I asked Obaby if they could help, they were fantastic they are sending out the pack with blots in for their cot they were so helpful and they have sent them free as a goodwill gesture we are so grateful thankyou Obaby.

Received the beautiful Maya 2 piece cot set and was so happy with it! There were a couple of very minor issues but this was very swiftly rectified by the lovely customer service team and so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Obaby or buy from there again. Thank you!

I ordered the Maya mini cot bed and the bed is very sturdy and of good quality. It has also a very nice design. I had received initially the incorrect colour, however the client services' team has been exceptional in resolving the matter. Overall, great experience with Obaby.

Charlie was excellent - she went above and beyond in helping me. I had a problem folding my Monty buggy. It hadn’t been used for a while, but with a new grandchild I wanted to use it again.
