The whole team at Ocean that we worked with were amazing throughout the whole purchase process. From the estate agent who showed us around, to the legal team, to the mortgage advisor all were professional and kept us informed every step of the way. There was an unfortunate delay with some enquiries and our solicitor Laura kept us in the loop and really pushed to get things over the line just in time. Thanks also to Simon the mortgage advisor who helped to secure the mortgage and get and extension. We would really recommend the service and will definitely be using them again! Special thanks to Laura, Simon, Alicia, Billy and everyone else we had contact with.

This was a relatively trouble free process and when I had trouble accessing the software it was nice to be able to go into the office and talk to the solicitor face to face and sign the documents.

Very stressful with a few problems along the way but all the staff I dealt with at Ocean were really helpful through the journey - very pleased with service provided
