I purchased an Officine Creative Remote 001 after hearing positive opinions about the brand, including recommendations from ChatGPT and several YouTube videos. Based on those reviews, I expected a high-quality, durable shoe.

Unfortunately, during my very first attempt to put my foot into the shoe, the suede tore/damaged. I documented the damage with photos and contacted Officine Creative directly.

To be fair, the company’s customer service was good: they accepted the return and refunded me the full purchase price. However, I still lost approximately ₪250 in customs and clearance fees.

I am sharing this experience because I think potential customers should see what actually happened to my pair before assuming that Officine Creative shoes necessarily have the level of quality and durability that is often claimed online.

My advice is to be especially careful when considering their suede footwear. I would also encourage people not to rely only on positive recommendations from ChatGPT, YouTube, or online reviews, but to look at real customer experiences and photos as well.

Ordine: Penna per testimoni

Desidero esprimere il mio forte disappunto per l'esperienza d'acquisto sul sito Officina Creativa. Al ricevimento dell'ordine ho riscontrato che le nappine erano di un colore diverso da quello scelto, senza alcuna comunicazione preventiva, e che diversi biglietti nei cofanetti erano ritagliati male, compromettendone l'estetica.

Il servizio clienti mi aveva assicurato l'invio delle nappine corrette entro due mesi, consentendo la consegna dei cofanetti con le penne.
Tuttavia, trascorso questo periodo, ho inviato solleciti per un mese intero senza mai ricevere risposta.

Lascio questa recensione negativa non solo per il prodotto difforme, ma soprattutto per la totale assenza di assistenza e comunicazione post-vendita. Sconsiglio l'acquisto a chi cerca affidabilità e supporto.

I own six pairs of this brand, from boots to lace-up shoes to sandals, and I also have two handbags. I don't understand how some people talk about the quality and its poor quality! The leather is among the best shoes I buy, and the comfort and simple, elegant designs make them a favorite. Easier 5 Star No doubt,

The shoes are 5 star. I have some trainers and bought some suede loafers. These are great but I was not sure about the colour so ordered some light ones to contrast. Ended up keeping the original ones, which contrary to some reviews are beautiful shoes, and returning the lighter ones. Here is the kicker. They charge 50 Euro to post and another 50 to return. So any saving I made on the original is gone. So buyer beware. If sending to the UK prepare to be fleeced both ways. Best case order several pairs but you will still have to pay an extortionate return. Brexit is one thing but these costs are a lazy disgrace. Great shoes though.

Un eccellente artigianato italiano di calzature, ho già 3 sneaker modello halo 001, due in pelle liscia di cervo e una scamosciata, con suola in vero lattice naturale e devo dire che quando infili il piede, senti il lusso, è una carezza per il piede,
come
le metti, puoi farci una maratona.
Tutto è finalizzato alla massima espressione finale della scarpa, ogni dettaglio è curato alla perfezione.
Il prezzo è importante e
spesso può far desistere ma una volta
provate si capisce il perché.

Completely overpriced, bad quality shoes, 0 quality control, staff that ignores customers. Last September I bought a pair of very expensive shoes in 2 different colours, after many emails, still no refund for posting them back and no response. Dishonest company, beware!

Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Lieferung und nicht auf die Qualität der Schuhe. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell, bzw. in meinem Fall hat sie sich verzögert. Da hätte ich die Sendung Entgegennehmen können, da FedEx eine Unterschrift benötigt. Der 1.von 2 Zustellversuchen erfolgte heute zu einer Zeit wo niemand zu Hause war. Bleibt nur noch eine, bevor die Schuhe die bereits bezahlt sind, zurück an den Absender gehen.
Eine Hinterlegung in einer Flexbox ist aufgrund der gewünschten direkten Unterschrift vom Versender aus, nicht möglich. Sorry aber das ist mir zu Aufwendig. Ich liebe meine Officine Kreative Schuhe, aber nochmal bestelle ich im Store nicht mehr.

This is an outstanding brand for quality shoes, creative design at affordable price! I do have at least 30 pairs and no even a single complaint!

Last summer I bought some leather black knotted Birkenstock ‘style’ slides women . I paid a fortune , I have worn them only a few times as the leather makes your feet completely black after 1 wear. The company was not interested, I contacted them and they said it was the normal affect of the leather. It’s absolutely not true I have many pairs of black shoes expensive and not that have never ever made my feet black. Will never buy this brand again

Achtung, das Unternehmen berechnet für Bestellungen nach Deutschland pauschal 15 Euro und für Rücksendungen ebenfalls 15 Euro. Wenn man also z.B. einen Gürtel bestellt, der dann nicht passt, weil auf der Website keine verlässlichen Angaben zur idealen Größe stehen, zahlt man 30 Euro für nichts.

Retourenservice negativ
Grundsätzlich kaufe ich gerne Officine Creative Schuhe und Taschen. Dieser Versandhandel allerdings ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Ware kommt zwar schnell an, meist am nächsten Tag, dann hört der Service auf. Meine Retoure (DHL Express!) brauchte 1,5 Wochen bis sie bearbeitet war. Klarna schickte mir zwei Mahnungen da die Sendung nicht auffindbar war, angeblich falsche sendungsnummer. Mit versandkosten hin und zurück habe ich 30€ für nichts bezahlt. Hinweisen möchte ich an dieser Stelle auch darauf, dass die Schuhe höchst unterschiedlich ausfallen, selbst innerhalb einer modellreihe. Kein schönes Einkaufserlebnis.

Ich liebe officine creative und kaufe dort seit langem. ABER Obacht bei den Versandkosten. Man wirbt mit freiem Versand ab 450€ und kostenloser Retoure. Rutscht man durch eine Retoure unter diese 450€, selbst wenn man nicht alles retourniert, werden 15€ nachbelastet. Das steht nur nirgends und ist offensichtlich neu. Schade. Nicht cool.

Terribili. Ho acquistato un paio di stivaletti, a prezzi tutt’altro che modici, che dopo 3 o 4 utilizzi, si sono usurati come vecchie scarpe. Ho inviato subito foto e ho chiesto subito di attivare la garanzia (peraltro non erano trascorsi due mesi dall’acquisto) e il servizio clienti mi ha risposto picche. Una cosa incredibile, senza alcun rispetto neanche per la legge. Ho riscritto inviando altre foto, ma non credo avrò miglior fortuna. Mai più e sconsiglio vivamente l’acquisto: spero - in nome del made in Italy - di aver acquistato un esemplare venuto male e che il resto della produzione non sia uguale a quello che mi hanno mandato, ma di sicuro il servizio clienti è pessimo. Il che è molto grave per un marchio che vende le scarpe piuttosto care.

Ho acquistato una borsa che presentava dei graffi e posso solo dire di avere avuto un’ottima assistenza post vendita. Il servizio non avrebbe potuto essere migliore. Apprezzo molto i loro prodotti, in particolare le scarpe, ne ho diverse paia
