They are scammers. They even try to impersonate another company that is successful for almost 20 years on the market. In their skype profile they changed the display name to live:financiallicenses to confuse people, since one of the market leaders USERNAME (Pameroy Group) is live:financiallicenses - I accidently added the wrong account after the gentlemen from Pameroy provided me info material and it turned out that i was not speaking to the right persons and that they actually had no clue about the information provided to me earlier by the real company. Hands off, they doing dirty tricks by impersonating other company's identities!

They sell with a 100% guarantee bank account when is not true. Then yes, is considered a scam.
Are almost 2 years they are working to open an account, paid 6000€, but they cannot open with every time an excuse till now. Missing documents, CoVid, bla bla bla. End every 2-3 months an employee involved left, also the CEO left (and I know him personally), maybe just to avoid problems for these scams.

Scammers never trust their empty words, they charged 3000 euro for bank account opening and they keep you waiting and waiting and don't even inform you if the account was open or not, at the end they come with excuses that they couldn't open it because of your name or nationality like they didn't know your nationality before applying or asking. and keep promising that they are in contact with another bank and the bank is checking the document and I stayed with that almost 2 years, and when I asked about a refund they totally refused and the owner is name is Julian Kramer didn't want to pay back my money and started to stop responding to messages. they are worthless never trust them and don't even trust a word they tell you about opening bank account. plus they are charging so much money for no work done. the amount paid for bank account opening was supposed to be refunded if they cannot open the account for you , but basically they don't make refunds and they take your money.

This company works under offshorelicense brand and domain. They are claiming they open bank account for offshore forex companies. They charge 5000 euro for the setup and come up with many document requests after you paid the money. Also they claim legal changes after some time and tell they will open bank account in another jurisdiction. At the end of 1-2 years they open nothing and do not make refund. Keep far away from them! PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS.
