They have worsened pre covid . Shifts were easier to get but they kept Cancelling them when your on your way there.

They exploit their staff to they take 2 weeks to pay when they do pay its Friday and not only that but you have 3 days to report something wrong with your pay if you dont whatever money hasnt been paid stays with them. This was 2019 when i worked with them

How can an agency refuse staff?? I saw from the poor reviews it was a blessing in disguise..not serious.

I had a whole month of work for June booked in for months and went on a holiday believing I could afford it but when I returned the first few days were cancelled and then the remainder of the week. This happened for all three weeks. I rang and complained and received a few shifts but out of no-where I received my P45. When I asked reason I was told lateness, not after June and complaints. I asked for proof, and one complaint was from Off to Work, they also said had they reached out never. I since realised the bad attitude is from when I complained. Im not a child im 56 Years old and also when I asked for proof I received an email saying "hHugest thanks" which is being sarcastic. They also said they pride themselves with their clients and there's but what about there commitment to staff 🤔

They advertise themselves as a labor agency, and they constantly suggest how much work they have during the on-boarding training.
None of this is true. They sell the trainings that employers make available to employees free of charge.

When you apply for a job, they send you the confirmation, and then cancel your application one day before the start of work, without any reason or explanation.

They did this to me for three months, and when I complained that it was unfair, they simply deleted my company account. the amount paid for the training disappeared and I could not access the certifications either. They claimed that the training paid for by the company was paid for by the company, not me... of course I have the bank transfer... they simply lied to me in the most blatant way. face to face liar for me and dont give any chance to defend my self and thw cost what i spend for the trainings.

In other words, they force you into training sessions with work incentives, for which you naturally have to pay, but they have almost no work. I applied all opportunity for everything in three month, but I worked twenty days in total.

Both the certificate and the paid money were lost. Their employee named "Ezra" promised that I could download the certificates of the paid and completed trainings, but this did not happen. I cannot access the company account because it has been suspended.

I wasted three months waiting and a lot of money for trainings, but I don't have a certificate. Nothing. The money paid for the training was lost and there is no certificate. This is the most disgusting what i saw.

The interests of the employee are not important at all at this company. Neither are your rights. This applies to the suspension of certificates for trainings that I have paid for and completed. Obviously, the money paid will not be returned. The beige certificate also disappears in this case...
I still had two trainings that I had already paid for, which I did not finish. This money is also lost in the system.

Later they send me an email, this:

They look completely stupid and morally deficient even at the last minute.

They are completely demeaning me with this sloppy phony insensitivity.

He steals 6-8 training fees, causes three unnecessary months, and starts such a stupid mess.
From this you can see that the employee is completely despised, looked down upon and undervalued.

Pay for an empty promise if you're that stupid.

The waiting staff we had on the day, I wouldn’t say I was too pleased. I found them both to not be very helpful or proactive. It seemed as though they were quite inexperienced or weren’t too interested in being attentive.

I found it stressful, to keep looking out to see if they were doing anything. It appeared that they took more advantage when we weren’t in the room and just stood there, in my absence, whilst I was playing host.

Lastly, they had a unbothered demeanour and the expressions on their faces had a lot of attitude. I could tell my party didn’t want to approach them too much.

The company is doggy. They don't pay on time and is incompetent. Don't use them, please look around, it will save you the trouble.
