Where do I start? The booking was the easiest they understood all my requirements for our special day! The cars were gorg- RR & the two hummers & the drivers are the most courteous, nice people. I’d highly recommend

We booked the hummer for my sons prom. The boys loved every minute of the experience. Ruman the driver was amazing! Great communication, patient and professional. Will book again for the next prom!

This moments car driver is a liar. The videographer witnessed his horrible behaviour and willing to attestify so stop changing the story to make you look good.What does likes and no likes on my posts has to do with my experience with Habib Racial attack on my birthday.

I am not in business because of likes.
What is important to me is my ability to help others and deliver excellent service. This is obvious on our reviews.
And what is his business about my timing to my party. I paid for the time used. You can see that he doesn't have respect at all.

My hire includes to and fro but I wasn't going back home as I wanted to spend the night at the hotel.

So dropping me to my hairdressers place which was a much shorter distance than my return he was charging me for that. Just a simple question I asked this moments car driver his anger management and racially discriminating and did not allow him to speak to me politely. He was raising his voice at me and when I responded to him that he can't speak to me in such a manner he then asked me to get off his car.

I will be addressing his behaviour further as he is not feeling guilty in any way.

We hired a Hummer for 14 of us for a special birthday celebration. We were picked up promptly by Ruman who was our driver for the evening & taken to the venue. He was waiting for us at the agreed time for our return journey. It was a great experience. Ruman was extremely professional courteous nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for an amazing evening.

Fatima Turned up early on the day, she was a kind and caring lady, she was nice to have conversation with. She also took some nice photos for us and the car was nice and clean and today Fatima made my birthday better and I would use the company again. Fatima is very patient and organised. Thank you

Appalling. Left 6 girls stranded not able to get to their prom.
Sent an email confirming the 3 pick up addresses and final drop off point. Clearly hadn’t read email so the driver only got half of the info (detailed in an earlier email). This meant that only 2 pick ups were collected from leaving 7 girls unable to get to their prom.
Felt a little uncertain as the email hadn’t been responded to, so had phoned to confirm on the morning of the prom , still the message hadn’t got through to the poor driver.
This company ruined the prom for a group that had been looking forward to their special evening. They then made it worse by not admitting responsibility, a simple case of bad business etiquette, I hope they have learnt from this and will read their emails and respond to them! My advice , don’t touch it you want a professional service.

This is my third time being a client of Moments Car Hire. I made my booking by speaking to Habib who quickly confirmed all the details of the booking. This time I was the groom, our driver for the day was Fatima who arrived exactly on time and parked the Rolls Royce on my drive assisting and then photographers.

We travelled on one of Londons most congested days due to rail strikes. Fatima was extremely patient and forward thinking, even stopping at a petrol station for us to use the toilets.

It was a stressful morning for us but one thing that we were have to worry about was the chaufffer driven car from Moments Car Hire.

I highly recommend them to others and will be booking them in the future.
