I bought a beautiful dress, and the size is perfect, but it doesn't look as good on me as I imagined. To my surprise, the dress is exactly the same as the one in the photos.

My experience with them was amazing! Their was an issue with me receiving my package because my area gets really bad wind storms and the dress I ordered didn't flatter my body. They were so understanding and kind that they helped me get a partial refund! Though the dress didn't look good on me, it was beautiful and well made.

When my package was unfortunately lost in transit, they went above and beyond to keep me updated every step of the way. They were extremely patient and empathetic, really showing they cared about the situation. Instead of just telling me to wait, they guided me in the right direction and ensured I had all the information I needed to resolve the issue. I’m so grateful for their attentive service, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Their customer care is truly outstanding!

Do NOT order from this website. The dresses were not as they appeared on the images and fit poorly. My wife contacted the company as soon as she tried on the dresses. I wrote an email and they didn’t reply after 24 hours, so I wrote another one saying “the dressed don’t fit well, I would like to return them as I won’t be able to wear them.” To which they asked “can you please tell me what is wrong?” when i clearly stated what was wrong.
I told them they don’t fit well and are not how they appeared in the photos online. Then after taking 2 days to reply, they asked for photos of me wearing the dresses and more specific answers on what’s wrong with them, instead of just continuing with my return request. To which we just said, I would just like to return the dresses please.
They then took another 2 days they still didn’t not want to proceed with returning the items and offered us $50 back instead of returning the items. They also said that there is no guarantee that they receive the package since they are in China and if the package is lost then we will be getting no refund at all. We declined their coercion of trying to get us to keep the items which we didn’t desire and informed them that we will send them back to the address in China they finally provided.

Everything is as shown in the picture. Earlier I told the seller that if I liked it, I would be a regular. The quality is so good that it surprised me.

DO NOT order from this website. I ordered a dress that cost me over $250 and the dress wasn’t what I ordered. I emailed them to ask for a return and they declined stating they couldn’t guarantee the dress would be an exact replica. They only offered me a $50-$80 return. I’m no stuck with a dress that I didn’t order and out almost $300.

They will try and rip you off. A high street shop wouldn’t have you purchase before you try on, nor argue about a refund if it isn’t fitting. Beware.

Scam they false advertise be very careful when ordering from this company , you will have to pay for custom fees plus postage’s fees when sending the dresses back . I would not recommend this company . There based in China as well not UK or America

I ordered my wedding dress from them.Got an email saying it was shipped but the link never worked. When it finally arrived it was the wrong size. I ordered a size 14 got a size 4. Emailed them 3 different times to discuss on how to return it or replace. Never heard back.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM… BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE STEALING FROM OTHER DESIGNERS AND POST AS THEIR OWN! The dress is does not even come close too what’s being displayed online! They will offer small refund for $30-$80, when I paid $314. They will not honor their Return/ Refund Policy! My daughter Prom on June 7, now we have to find a new dress and spend more money!

Worst website I have bought from, The dress came! Beautiful, well made BUT, not my size!! So ofc I would like to return it. They answer back after 5 days, arguing and trying to give me discount instead of the actual refund I want. They want me to pay the shipping fee, which I understand, but 70$!!!!! My dress cost 205$, how much will I even get back!? 30$!! This is crazy!! Still, they have not given me the return adress even tho I wrote to them the exact day my dress came! Which was 28th of March, 3 weeks ago!!!!!!!!!

paid for the shipping cost ourselves to return it and still haven’t received our refund, poor quality and actual dress has nothing like the one on their website. Now no dress, no refund and paid extra to ship the dress back.
