I liked the red long prom dress. but, the problem was the bra padding was showable through the dress & the top of the dress had a tannish coverage to hold the dress together which does not match my skin tone. I am brownskin so it does not fit right with my complexion.

I’ve reached out three times to be able to return address within 24 hours of receiving it and haven’t heard from anyone. Beautiful dress I’m just top-heavy and it didn’t fit within the top. I could really use my refund. I also tried to cancel the order since I placed it the order due to not making it in time however they did expedite shipping for me but still not enough time to get it altered. I filled out a form for customer service after emailing and still no response. Your refund policy states must contact 24 hours after receiving the item. I have received the item notified you within 24 hours and still no response.
