Great roaster
Great roaster, always send good coffee on a subscription which I’ve stuck with for a long time now

Great coffee and great service
I bought a good bean to cup espresso machine four years ago and a friend recommended Old Spike to me after several disappointing bean purchases in London.
It was the best thing which has happened to my coffee education. I usually buy in the cafes in Peckham Rye (my usual go to) and sometimes go into the Central London cafes to enjoy the choice of fabulous coffee and wonderful customer service.
I have also found the online ordering service very reliable too. Great coffee and great service all round.

Best Coffee, best company
Have used Old Spike since they began, and get beans sent to me as I live far out of London now. Best coffee ever, wonderful service and a fabulous company.

Great coffee - great service
Good functionality on the website - easy to choose items and make payment. Communication was good and items arrived quickly and well packaged. Most importantly was delighted with the quality of the coffee!

Love the products and the service with the social angle. Slight grumble around the price and the website is a little clunky... But basically pretty happy to support old spike.

I visited an Old Spike store
I visited an Old Spike store - the staff there were fantastically helpful, definitely some of the best customer service I’ve had.
Plus the coffee beans are really tasty and have now started a subscription.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still waiting for delivery. Never a good sign to ask for a rating review before the goods are delivered. Feels like rubbing salt into the wound.
