I was sent a defective machine that had to be returned. They sent me another one which was unable to perform to my liking (not hot enough, milk spraying issues, app and connectivity issues). They allowed me to return everything free of cost and were understanding of the issues. However, they offered me an Aeris Glass as an incentive to leave a review specifically on Trustpilot, against trust pilots policies.

We have had our Terra Kaffe TK-02 for about a year now, and we absolutely love it. Early on, we encountered an issue with a persistent error message on our unit. When we reached out to customer support, they were exceptionally quick to assist and worked through the troubleshooting process efficiently. Ultimately, they provided a fast turnaround and replaced the machine for us.

Since receiving the replacement, we have used the TK-02 daily with zero issues. The coffee quality is fantastic, and the machine itself has been a wonderful addition to our daily routine. Furthermore, Terra Kaffe’s support team remains consistently responsive and helpful whenever we have a quick question. We couldn't be happier with both the product and the company behind it.

For my wife and me, the Terra Kaffe Demi was a no-brainer decision. We each drink double long-shot espressos every morning. Financially, we pay $2,591.50 per year. Way more than the Demi espresso machine. Now that we've had it for almost four months, we realize not only was it a great financial decision, but the quality of the shots is perfect, not to mention the convenience.

I bought the Terra Kaffe Demi in Forest Green. The machine arrived well-packaged and setup was simple. I use dark roast beans to make Americanos. The Demi is highly customizable and a joy to use. This was my first espresso machine purchase and I am happy I bought the Demi!

I have trusted Terra Kaffe with my morning (and afternoon) cup of coffee for over 4 years now!! I started with the TK-01 and loved it! I passed it onto my mom recently and upgraded to the Demi. My espresso is smooth and fresh every brew! Customer support is also very quick to respond when you have a question! I always recommend when a friend asks me about my machine! 10/10

I replaced my old single serve self grind machine with the Terra Kaffe Demi. There was a small learning curve and when I reached out to Terra Kaffe, they helped me in a timely manner. I’ve been enjoying fresh coffee every morning and extremely happy with my purchase.

Long time Terra Kaffe user/owner. My TK-01 lost all power. I already had it in for one repair and decided to just get a new machine. My Demi should be here shortly! After owning the TK-01 and not using the milk attachment, I think the Demi will be just perfect. Customer service was great and ultimately helped me make the decision to just purchase a new machine.

Got the Demi over the summer. Great machine, reliable and makes amazing coffee! Had a question to follow up on a second order I did and they responded super fast. Very glad with the customer service.

’ve been a Terra Kaffe customer since 2022 — my original TK-01 was a gift from my brother and it lived on my counter every morning for years. When it finally started having issues, I reached out to Terra Kaffe and ended up upgrading to the TK-02. There was a small hiccup with how the trade-in pricing was applied, but once I raised it, the team took ownership, escalated it internally, and made it right in less than 24 hours. That kind of follow-through is rare. The TK-02 is beautiful and I’m looking forward to it becoming part of the morning routine the way the TK-01 was. Grateful to still be a customer.

I bought a TK-02 almost 2 years ago. I have had to reach customer support on 3-4 occasions and they were always prompt to answer and help me resolve issues. From minor questions on how to unclog a line to having to ship the machine over for a screen repair. They walk you through every step, follow up with you during and after the case, and ensure one receives proper care. These are not cheap machines but the product quality is superb. I am a coffee lover and wanted a machine that will keep me always wanting for a next cup. I have friends who now come and visit for coffee time instead of us going out to a coffee shop. The price to value is there and the support backs it up. It’s a large investment on a coffee maker if we were to compare to a simple drip coffee, but it is now that for a coffee lover, is worth every penny.

I recently purchased the Terra Kaffe Demi and I am really enjoying the machine. It's very well designed, looks great on the counter and brews exceptional coffee. I have also had the chance to interact with the customer service team about a quick question, and they could not have been more prompt and professional with their response. They also appear to be real people, responding in a friendly and professional way that makes me feel even better about my purchase. Highly recommend.

Many years ago, I first spotted the Terra Kaffe TK-01 at the MoMA Design Store, and I immediately fell in love with the design. It was one of those products that stayed in the back of my mind. A few years later, I finally bought one and it has been one of those purchases I’ve never regretted.
The TK-01 makes wonderful coffee, but what has impressed me just as much is how well it has performed over the 5+ years we owned it. With its beautiful design, it also almost feels like a piece of art rather than just a coffee machine. It’s something we use every day and still enjoy having on our counter. If the product itself weren’t enough, Terra Kaffe is a New York company that provides the kind of customer support you rarely find these days. They are responsive, helpful, and genuinely stand behind their product. If you’re looking for an automatic coffee maker, I honestly wouldn’t look any further. Great coffee, beautiful design, dependable performance, and exceptional customer support. You really do get the whole package with Terra Kaffe.

Took my money and never shipped. Contacted support many times and told it should be shipping soon. Finally some one contacted me and said to wait another approx 3 weeks for any machine. Online still shows all machines in stock “ships now”. Left review on website. Does not show any review less than 4 stars!

Horrible customer service! Horrible coffee do yourself a favor and buy a real espresso machine. Ninja is 100 times better. Some woman named Perla was absolutely helpless and honestly rude and disgusting and could not solve my problem. The stupid machine freezes every other day. It’s a mess you’re going to lose your mind with this machine.

I received my machine and was not working properly. I contacted customer service and Janna took care of me, even during LDW she was very responsive, empathetic and guided me through the troubleshooting process with so much patience until my machine started working properly. I am so grateful for the customer service provided. Oh and the quality of the coffee is top notch. I highly recommended!!

Terra Kaffe is by far the best coffee machine I have ever purchased. The Terra Kaffe is easy to use and user friendly and makes a variety of coffees and delicious coffee! It is saving me tons of money and I am enjoying creating my own delicious coffee creations!

We purchased the Terra Kaffe Demi during the winter holiday season. We recently ran into issues with our machine and the customer service was exceptional and we were sent a replacement unit. The return process of our original unit was smooth and the refurbished model we received has been working well so far. Outstanding customer service.

I've had my machine now for 6 months, I'm a huge fan. The product is awesome, reliable and makes excellent espresso. Easy to clean (autoprompts me when I need to do something), and the customer service is excellent, always helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, I'm very happy with this company and their product.

Long time Terra Kaffe owner and recently retired my TK-01 with the TK-02. The design and look are great improvement and while I had a couple hiccups with the app to get going (they recently migrated their cloud connectivity in-house) due to a firmware update, TK Support was on top of my issue immediately and stepped me through how to get everything in order. Great job, great product. Highly recommend this company.
