I’ve been using the Terra Kaffe 2.0 for nearly two years and could not be happier. The build quality and engineering are obvious — the machine feels robust, operates smoothly, and has required virtually no maintenance. Performance is consistently excellent, producing great coffee with minimal fuss. When I did need help, customer support was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. Reliable, well designed, and backed by strong support — a smart investment for serious home baristas.

First, they have rental options to pay as you go. It makes sense for people who maybe cannot afford a Superautomtic machine right up front, that's awesome, and that tells me they have confidence in their products because most people will use a rental as a try before buy situation. Their confidence helps my confidence as a new customer. The Demi machine is as advertised, I like the dose options, the fact that an app does not exist, and lack of a touchscreen, those are all positives for me! I make 3-5 singles every morning and it works well. There are adjustments that you can make to dose, volume, and temp, but the adjustments are not anything crazy. Simple and straight forward. As always you need good beans to make good coffee. I recommend this machine to anyone interested in convenient, basic, espresso drinks. I have a Rancilio Silvia, and I have had 3 De Longhi machines, but I use the Demi every morning.

We love making lattes and using different coffees. We would like the lattes to come out hotter. We put them in the microwave for 15 seconds, not a big deal. We love our TK2.

Their customer support team is exceptional. They were quick to respond and provide support to fix and replace my machine. I think a fundamental element of great service is communication and Perla and her team provided just that. Their products are also innovative and simplistic making a great addition to any modern kitchen.

This machine and brand is exceptional! I can honestly say I haven’t bought coffee out since this machine came into my home in December 2025. It’s that good. Grinding my organic beans - no, having the machine grind my organic beans! - every morning has been a game changer. To have my lattes, flat whites, cortados, etc, every morning at home is such a luxury. This is an investment in your health and happiness. Daily life upgraded! Customer service is superb too. I have contacted them twice for different issues (one user error and another subscription issue) and the staff is quick, kind, and has solutions ready. Best purchase all year. Easy to use, easy to love!

I have been using the TK01 for many years and it gives me a consistently great cup of coffee every morning. I don't use the milk function, mostly black Americanos. Lately I had an issue with ordering the subscription bundle so I called the support line and their staff solved my issue right away. I love the style and look that TK brings to my modern style kitchen.

With almost 4k drinks brewed I can say I have given my TK-2 a good run for the money. I have the original launch model of the TK-2 and have really enjoyed this machine. 1. the design / esthetic is beautiful and it is easy to use - front water fill access, easy bean hopper access, pull out water tray cleaning, all well designed. 2. the UI and the app are well designed, and honestly with more features than I will use. I am not a coffee nerd, I just like a few good options and I'm delighted with my chosen drink options. 3. For a full feature auto-coffee machine, this one delivers. 4. The team seems to be very responsive to customer feedback and this machine has the ability to update OTA so you can still receive benefits of upgrades long after the purchase. 5. Customer Service has been very responsive.
A couple of points where I think could improve: 1. The extended warranty was not all that i had hoped, it really only is valuable if the main part of the machine dies, so be forewarned. 2. I had an issue with the drip tray top cover magnets/attach tabs basically dissolving the surrounding plastic tabs, and this wasn't covered under the extended warranty nor did the company replace and I was told to purchase a new one ... which was annoying so I did a DIY hack to fix it. I felt this was a defect that shouldn't have ever happened. However, in the defense of CS, while under warranty, the bottom part of the drip tray had a warn/discolored area and they replied that with no issues.

I have loved my TK-02 machine. We have had it for a year. I love the versatility of it. I can make so many different drinks depending on my mood. I love that you don’t use filters or pods. The machine has worked so good for us and our household. Super pleased with it

Got a response from customer support in less than an hour and their advice fixed the issue on the first try.

I have been a Terra kaffe customer since 2021 and have owned both the TK-01 and TK-02. Recently my TK-02 experienced issues with the grinder. I contacted customer support and to my surprise a real human replied within an hour. They asked for a video and suggested some trouble shooting steps. Once I tried those steps and shared the video they quickly notified me of the repair options. Since I was out of warranty, the option was to purchase a repair packaged. But before doing so the team assured me that they guarantee they can repair the machine and extended a discount for being a loyal customer. While my machine is out getting repaired I also was able to rent the Demi machine which arrived before I had to send out my machine, ensuring I was not without a dictation machine at any point.

Machine makes excellent coffee. A few glitches so far but all were handled quickly with the support team. Very satisfied!

I had an issue with my TK02. Everyone involved was very helpful and kind and help facilitate getting my unit functioning properly in a timely manner.

I love my TK-02! Have had it for over a year and it had been completely reliable. I absolutely love the espresso and Americano coffee it makes. It is so easy and it cleans itself! All I have to do is dump the grounds and drip tray and add water and beans. After several hundred cups, it tells me to add a packet of cleaner and water and it cleans itself. I really could not be easier. Coffee at the touch of a button and walk away with my drink. And it lets me control temp, grind, size of espresso shot and other variables and save, so I have created several custom drinks. I truly love this machine.

Customer service has been great with the communication and although the outcome was not the one I had hoped for I think I was given an opportunity that is better for the long run. I’ve been having my TK-01 for 4 years now and been enjoying every cup of freshly ground coffee, and so has each guest I’ve offered a cup of espresso. Currently considering getting the DeMi which I think is very sleek and will not disappoint with the taste of coffee made in it.

Received my new TK-02 last week and I'm obsessed! The espresso tastes delicious and I'm enjoying my Americano every morning with ease! I recommend every coffee lover to own this machine! Also, I had an issue with the time on my machine and I reached out to customer service and received a very quick response and was able to fix the problem! Thank you TK!

I bought a TK-01 quite a while ago and loved how well it worked. When the Terra Kaffe TK-02 was announced, I was intrigued by all the new features; most notably the ability to access the water tank and pod disposable unit from the front of the machine. I purchased a TK-02 and couldn't be happier. It is a great machine with lots of features. I gave my TK-01 to my son. It was working fine, but then developed a problem. I went through the troubleshooting tips, but could not get it working, so I called Terra Kaffe technical support. After going over all the steps I did to correct the issue, it was determined that it was not repairable in the field. Even though it was way out of warranty, they offered me several options, such as sending it in for repair for a set fee, that included all shipping, both ways; purchasing a refurbished TK-01, including all shipping; or a discount on either a new Nano or TK-02. The prices were very reasonable, and I choose the refurbished TK-01 option. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The tech support representative kept me in the loop via email throughout the whole process. The refurbished unit arrived and it looks just like a new machine. I am very happy with the company and how they support their product.

I preordered the milk frother because it had a matcha setting. One, they did not communicate with us about delays until after I reached out to them asking about it, as I was leaving town and wanted to make sure it wasn't going to be delivered while I was away from home. Based on that experience, I expected that they would give me zero updates. I eventually saw that "late July" was the time it would be shipped. Last week, I checked the website, and I saw that people were posting reviews. But I hadn't received a package. I checked my email, including my spam, and my Shop app. No communication. No tracking numbers. Nothing. I assumed it was not going to be delivered and that I would have to contact them again this week about my missing order.

Today, I went outside to get a delivery, and I discovered a completely waterlogged surprise package from Terra Kaffe. This was not there yesterday when I went outside to get some thyme to put on my potatoes for dinner, so I'm assuming it was delivered in the middle of the night. We had torrential rain this morning. I still don't have any evidence in my Shop account of a tracking number. The package came apart in my hands as I was holding it. The base on this frother says DO NOT SUBMERGE IN WATER, so I'm too afraid to use it because the electronics could be fried, even though the plastic did provide some protection from the disintegrating packaging. Like ... it was dripping all over my floor as I was carrying the crumbling bits and pieces to my trash can. This is unacceptably bad communication. I will never order from this company again, and I urge everyone reading this to understand that they are spending money with a company that does not have itself together enough to actually inform customers about when orders will arrive.
