I have been using the Demi model for the past two months. My previous espresso machine was the Spinn, which uses centrifugal force to express the coffee, and I was happy with that unit until it died. In general, I have been quite happy with the Demi unit, allowing me to make enough adjustments to dial in my coffee taste as I want it to be. The main reason for writing this review is that suddenly I couldn't grind any coffee as of yesterday. I contacted the company and got put through to tech support, which I have to commend in their expertise and patient guiding.
I was able to fix the problem with a minimal of trouble and got to know my machine on a deeper level. I deeply appreciate tech support that is available and knowledgeable.

I received my machine as a gift and I’m loving it so far for the convenience and the taste. Love the ability to change to my preferred drinks. I had to contact customer service and they responded very fast and friendly.

Great customer service, couldn’t say better things about it with this company. The tk-02 itself was easy to set up out of the box and easy to upkeep maintenance. It works swimmingly and provides options for whatever coffee type I need right at my fingertips, literally. The app works great as well and easy to pair.

If you’re looking for café level espresso, a superautomatic won't completely replace that, but for daily home use, the TK-02 is perfect for convenience. Getting a good cup of coffee with a single button press makes mornings easy, and cleaning the machine is simple. Having the drip coffee option on the TK-02 is also a great feature when making coffee for visitors who just want regular ol' cuppa joe.

Beyond the hardware, their customer support deserves credit. Whenever an issue has come up, their team has been responsive, helpful, and transparent about next steps. They actually work to resolve problems rather than reciting canned answers, which makes owning the machine a much better experience.

Was tired of paying $7 a day for an Americano or coffee on the go. After doing a lot of research I decided to purchase a Demi in the most gorgeous light blue shade. Not only is it gorgeous on my countertop, I’ve been making the best drinks! It’s very easy to use and the overall taste blows my Nespresso I had used for years out of the water. Love it!!!!

I've been a customer since the launch of the TK-01. Terra Kaffe has consistently impressed me with their attention to detail and customer service. With the launch of the TK-02 it was clear they wanted to bring next level technology to their philosophy around coffee. I couldn't be more happy with all of the machines I've bought and look forward to what they launch next.

I'm extremely happy with my Demi. I'm an early riser and it is a pleasure that even in the dark I can brew my Americano with an extra shot of espresso in the dark without disturbing the sleeping family. The grinder is a low humming noise and the whole brewing process takes seconds hardly noticeable. In short Demi is a welcome experience in coffee brewing, clean and fast.

I have a 2 1/2 year old Terra Kaffe TK-02. When I got the machine, I loved it and the drinks it produced. The automatic features were terrific. However, after about a year - the machine fell apart. First - all of a sudden the unit stopped brewing strong coffee. I was instructed by TK to send it in for repair.... That took six weeks. When it came back - it was not fixed. They did replace the machine as it was on warranty. Then recently after another year machine got so hot inside - the heat deformed the side panel and I was worried about a fire. Terra Kaffe said - send it for repair for only $350. I said - no - that won't fix it based on my experience and I wound throwing out the machine as it was out of warranty. The only good thing about the deformed panel was it created an air path for better ventilation. My god for a price point of 2x what you can buy from a competitor I think "we" deserve better. I should have a machine that does not fall apart in front of my eyes. Buyer beware.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Terra Kaffe and my Demi. The customer service was absolutely excellent. They took the time to answer all of my questions, gave me some really helpful insight into the inner workings of the machine, and even helped me dial in the settings specifically for high-altitude brewing.

It’s clear that Terra Kaffe genuinely cares about their customers and wants them to get the most out of their machine. The level of knowledge, patience, and support I received was far beyond what I expected.

I’m extremely happy with my Demi and would absolutely recommend TK for the fantastic customer support alone. The Demi is also a welcome addition to our kitchen.

I just purchased a second Demi for my son after my daughter was raving about hers. The Demi is sleek and fits well in a NY apartment. The coffee is fresh and amazing. Incredible investment. Customer service is also top notch. I’m a huge fan!

I have the TK-01 for 5 years now and from time to time I would need support in troubleshooting my machine and their customer support has been wonderful! I happen to always get Eduardo who seems to always figure out what I need and send me videos on how to address my issues. I’m so grateful for him. He even is willing to do a video call if I needed extra help. Thank God his videos seems to do the trick! My TK-01 is still running, but will definitely choose them again if the need to replace it comes around!

I love my Demi. Good coffee. Simple to use and customise and easy enough to maintain. The icing on the cake was when I had a small plastic piece break off my brewer unit, I emailed customer service and they replied quickly, and took care of my issue right away. No run arounds.

Was having issues with my old TK01. Customer service did a good job troubleshooting and responded quickly to my messages. Ultimately, we decided to replace the unit with a new model. We were given multiple options and a great discount. Would purchase from this company again.

I purchased a TK-02 about two years ago, and to put it simply, I love it! Its ability to customize everything from your grind, temperatures, ounces, and to be able to create so many different drinks, makes the TK-02 customizable to your life.

The esthetics of the machine are clean and simple. It looks amazing on the counter! The TK-02 prompts on when your low on water, low on beans or to simply empty the drip tray help to keep the machine running smoothly. The menus are fully customizable and you can edit your choices to only the drinks you drink, and further customize each of those to your preferences. My only suggestion for a future version is to incorporate something that makes it easier to pull the machine forward on the counter when filling the bean hopper.

Finally. Customer service. Five stars is not enough. They’re a solid 10/10. I had an issue with my machine and from their immediate response to my first email, to helping to diagnose the issue, they provided friendly and professional service! On this aspect alone, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

Machine has been awesome, we have it in the office, and the simplicity of using it has been awesome. Customer service was super helpful when navigating through minor issues after a heavy use over the years, considering getting a second one for my house.

Great customer service. I was researching the materials of the milk frother and the team did thorough internal research to provide me the requested information. Looking forward trying the product.

Super fast reply, great understanding of the issue, friendly demeanor, and being very flexible about my "issue" with the color choice. I love it when the service treats me like a person, and not punishing me and making me feel like they don't care about my opinion. If you stand behind your product, then make sure I'm happy and I'll recommend it to my friends. And I have. Several times over.

I initially tried to use AI to help me solve an issue with my Demi which lead to several frustrating dead ends. After 2 email exchanges with the Terra Kaffe support team the issue was solved.
