I am reviewing after one month after buying phone from here. It was perfectly alright no issues till now,i was having one query which was solved later by customer support.

Purchased what was supposed to be a NEW s9 plus phone, after 30 days the screen went black, I sent phone to O&M for replacement and they claim it was damaged by liquid, phone has never been anywhere near liquid additionally this phone should me water resistant. Now they have my phone and my money and not responding to emails. My next step will be visa and consumers agencies Do not use this company

The iPhone that they sold me as "NEW" does not have a true tone, it cannot be updated with a computer (only WiFi), the 3D touch is extremely sensitive, it does not vibrate, when I make a call I cannot be heard and now the screen when dark does not turn on until you connect the charger. O&M Wireless ignores my messages, emails and when I call they tell me that they can only attend me via email.

SCAMMERS, they are trying to steal 1,000 usd from me. I bought a brand new Samsung galaxy s20 ultra from them on ebay and they sent me a celphone cover instead of a real phone!. Their user on ebay is: OM-wireless (just see the bad reviews and how they are sending empty celphone covers instead of real phones). I had to open a case with paypal for them to reply me back 4 days later, this is what they told me:

Hi Sophia, basically I was sent an empty cover instead of a real phone the samsung galaxy s20 ultra. If you see the shipping info the package was too light from the beginning the phone itself weights 220g not counting box, packaging etc. Let me know how we can solve this, a cellphone doesn't dissappear like that, it must still be in your inventory if this really is a mistake.

Weeks later after opening a case with paypal, DHL item mail back, emails etc and I am still waiting for my refund, I dont think I am going to get it back, somehow they know how to scam the paypal system. if you have done business with them for sure they have stolen from you somehow please write your scamming experiences with "O-M wireless" so they can no longer continue with their deceptive business practices.

Phone works amazing 5 stars

Bought *NEW* iPhone X for $610. Not “NEW Open Box” for $529. I paid the $610 for the advertised BRAND NEW one. Received the phone and was not wrapped in plastic (At the time I was unaware they came that way new in store) Appeared to be a brand new phone in the box. Upon opening the phone to set it up, I dropped and smashed my phone. The screen and the back glass had broken. I sent it off to a business to get repaired and was done successfully. Afterwards I tried getting Apple Care + and Apple informed me that it was NOT a new phone. I then contacted the repair shop and the gentleman informed me that the screen that was broken was NOT an OEM Apple Screen and it did NOT have a OEM Apple battery. Buying a “BRAND NEW” phone from OM Wireless is your receiving someone’s old broken phone, restored to “Like New” and paying those brand new prices. No OLED Screen and cheap battery made in China!

They are scam artist They sold me a broken phone and didn't want to replace it I would Ever buy anything from them again or suggest somebody else buy from them again unless you want your money stolen from you Horrible place to do business horrible

My s8 phone was on time. Very easy to set up.very good experience.
