OM Electronics Reviews

Bought an iPhone XS "Open Box" from them for only $460, and I knew it had to be too good of a deal somehow. Eventually after a week (said 2 day shipping on their Ebay listing) I got my phone, and it worked fine, came in good condition, until I noticed I couldn't enable true tone in the brightness settings. After doing some research, the only way this could occur is if they replaced the screen with a non-genuine screen. Immediately I had the feeling that they were taking broken phones and fixing them with cheap, non-genuine components. I also looked at the battery health and it came with 86%, for an "Open Box" phone. There was also a good amount of scratches on the screen, completely noticable in the sun. The screen was so suspicious, that i noticed there was also slight burn in, which though is normal for an OLED display, is not for again a "Open Box" phone. When i complained with all these features, they tried giving me a $30 rebate, but im not taking the risk this phone will fail or break easily and ended up returning it. Overall, just save up a bit more and buy from a reputable seller on Ebay, youll thank yourself because this company is just too shady.

Horrible customer service! Lady hung up on me. Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY SOLD ME A USED IPHONE XS MAX. THE SCREEN QUIT WORKING AS SOON AS I GOT IT. AND IT SAID NEW. THEY WONT ANSWER PHONE. OR EMAILS. WHEN I FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF A PERSON. SHE ENDED UP HANGING UP ON ME. WAS SUPER RUDE. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER PHONES FROM THEM. NOT BBB ACCREDITED!!

I purchased a Samsung S9 plus and was more than satisfied on the great shape it was in and how fast I recieved it.

Merchandise was just as described, flawless. Brand new in the box. Price was excellent. Seller response to any questions was immediate. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend. Thanks OM.

Me llego mi celular en buena condición gracias

Very good seller and trusted, I will buy from this seller again, Big Thank You😁👌👍

Horrible company. Don't purchase from them. They sold me a "New iPhone" that had tampered with parts on the inside. 8 months later the phone is useless and Apple store said it can't be fixed. Do NOT purchase from OM Wireless. They said they don't care and will NOT replace the phone since it's past 60 days.

my phone arrived today, thanks for the great service, very happy with phone. I give you 5 stars

I am happy with my phone.

Just got my iPhone A+ extremely happy mint condition even though the Apple stickers were missing LOL thank you so much I will use your company in the future
Where’s my free car holder?

This company sold me a phone that they claimed was new on ebay for almost $500, but major components on it failed soon after the 30 day ebay return policy ended. I tried to contact them, but no reply. ebay needs a more robust system for dealing with these sorts of people. For example, keeping track of how many products from the same seller fail to work too soon after the 30 day return policy.
