The iPhone 7 plus I bought from them didn't last more than 6 months. It was listed as "new" on their ebay site. My ebay account was also mysteriously hacked within 10 minutes of emailing them with a threat to involve ebay if they didn't give me a refund.

I find your selling practices to be intentionally misleading. I ordered a new Apple iPhone 8 from you on eBay, but the phone I received was used. I will say that it looks pretty close to new from a quick visual inspection but, if when you look more closely, the box is all dinged up, it’s not in plastic wrap, and a couple of the paper documents (Privacy Policy, Terms + Conditions, etc...) are missing. Regardless, the iPhone I purchased was marked as “New” in the “Condition” field AND described as “NEW” in the “Title” field of the eBay listing, however, the phone you sold me was, as you say in your email to me, "an open-box item".

When I contacted your customer support team, I wanted to know if I received someone else’s phone or if the phone I received was intentionally listed and marketed as “new” even though it wasn't.

If you know anything about selling items on eBay, this is preposterous and simply not true. There is no default setting for an item’s condition; instead, you have to select the item’s condition from a drop-down menu when you create the listing. The default description is actually set to a dash/hyphen. What this means is that OM Electronics intentionally selected "New" (in multiple sections of the listing!) when they could've represented their product accurately by selecting "Open-box" or "Seller refurbished" in the Condition field, or, at the very least, described it as such in the Title field of the listing.

In turn, I received an iPhone that was not in the original packaging, was missing different papers/documentation, was housed in a damaged box, and, most egregiously, the device itself had been used before. Why, then, did they describe it as “New” (multiple times!) when eBay has a category for just this sort of item?

I find this to be intentionally misleading and deceitful, and I hope you will stop this sales practice going forward. I bought the phone as a birthday gift and now it’s going to be late; you can’t give someone a used phone as a present, unless they’re your brother or sister. I don’t have another $450 to fork over on another phone and will, instead, have to wait to be reimbursed for this one. This really stinks.

I feel very bad about this company. My son bought me an iphone for over $300. It will not hold a charge for even a day. Nobody from this company will help me. I would advise to buy somewhere else. It's very frustrating!!

I bought an S8note and I love it! I will buy another one for my husband very soon from this same company. They shipped it promptly and very securely. Excellent customer service!

DON'T BUY IT!!!! I bought a Samsung galaxy S9+(open box brand new condition) cell phone in March, 2019 and the phone was totally broken down in five months with black screen. I contacted OM Electronics but they just ignored me and showed extremely bad attitude! I contacted Samsung and provide them the serial number for investigation. Samsung told me that the phone was not from an authorized resource according to their database and it was not covered by the 1 year warranty. Therefore, I am pretty much screwed and lost around 560 dollars for a trash. I am highly suspected that the phone was not a brand new because OM doesn't provide me any evidence for it. Don't buy any thing from this seller if you care about the risk.

The phone is great and wonderfully priced! It’s as if I bought it off of Apple but for a cheaper price! Also, it shipped extremely quick!

Just reading through the comments,brought back memories of this rotten company. Bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge from them in 2016 for $429.99 I could not get it set up right they said it was probably defective and sent me another one, same thing, took it to a phone/computer guy I knew who told me it was basically junk, a lot of old parts in there. By this time my 30 day warranty was up and they totally ignored me. I was stuck with it. Stay away from these guys.

Really bad scammers. Cheating people who are buying from them because they can't afford the new phone. Also creating scam 5 star reviews to hide the real reviews. Stay away from these crooks. They are on ebay too.

I had a few issues with my phone. But they have been working really hard to correct the issues.

Amazing experience! I’ve never purchased anything on line before. OM Electronics whom I bought my new phone from was great with helping me and answering my questions. Phone was delivered free in 2 days, right on time as they said! I love it! Thanks OM Electronics!
