OM Electronics Reviews

I purchased a Galaxy Note 8 with the 1 year unlimited protection plan for an additional $71.22. My charging port became inoperable so i went to file a claim only to find out that the protection plan they sold me is not recognized by Assurant and I could not get my phone replaced or repaired. Their final suggestion to me was to take it to a local repair shop and incur an additional expense. I am requesting a refund of the $71.22 but let's see if they stand by their customers.

Good experience.

Excellent products and customer service. Loved my iPhone X so much! Thank you

I bought an iphone 7 for $389 from them a few months ago, the way it was advertised was that it was a open box store model phone, never used. Recently the phone started saying no service I found out there was a person who had it before me reported it stolen and it is now blocked and I can't unblock it so the phone is useless, the company has done nothing to fix things, just ignore me. They are liars, scammers and thieves. Don't waste your money!

What a bad company! They send old phones stating they're new!

I ordered a galaxy s8 phone from o&m electronic via ebay, was listed as brand new, had a 30 day warranty but the first time I put the phone into water it went blank, went to a samsung store where they told me that my phone was previously opened and played around with, I tried contacting the seller and no response from them.

Just like reviews in the past, this place does not sell quality product , but again you get what you paid for and this is clearly the case here. They claim their phones are brand new but open box but that is not true at all. They most likely buy broken phones and rebuild them with cheap non original parts. The iPhone 7 plus I bought had a cheap non original frame and phone screen as shown below. Please don't make the same mistake I made its NOT worth getting a phone from this place

I love they're service and I will be happy to recommend to my friends thank you so much

Ordered a “brand new” Iphone 6s plus for 439.99....
Received a phone that looked awesome!
Checked s/n out with Apple, phone was registered & used for 17 months!
It was refurbished with generic screen, battery, & back plate...
Please.... check your phones serial number!!!!

I love my new s8 active, came quickly and in the condition it was supposed to will recommend to everyone thank you

FAKE 3rd party display was put on what was supposed to be a new iPhone 8. These guys are so unresponsive on eBay, absolute scammers. Avoid at all costs, you will be terribly sorry that you purchased anything from them.

Beware!! They are dishonest seller. I purchased a iPhone SE from this company on e-bay. I strongly doubt that it was replaced with low-quality screen. It's not original. It's so unresponsive and barely usable. And they are not respond to my messages. I am sure that such a untrusted company will not last long.

the customer service was very helpful and stayed with me on the phone for over an hour to help me figure out the settings of my phone. highly recommended

I loved my phone very much.

Purchased a "Brand new Apple iPhone SE" from this company on e-bay. I began to have major issues with it a few months later and took it to an Apple store. They opened the back and informed me it had been "heavily modified" and was not an iPhone. OM Electronics will not respond to repeated messages and it's too late for recourse from e-bay so I'm just out $340.
Buyer beware.

This is one of the best phone ever...it's loud I can hear my callers clearly and they can hear me also...and the camera is second to none
