Can at One Nation Travel arranged an excellent 12 day tour of Turkey and Egypt for me at very short notice. Customer service was excellent and all arrangements ran quite smoothly. I would highly recommend his services. I will always be grateful that he encouraged me to keep a hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia in my itinerary when I was thinking of cancelling. It was a wonderful experience that I absolutely loved.
Whilst the tour involves the use of many sub-contractors who are perhaps not as well organized, this entire trip was such a memorable experience that crossed off so many items on my bucket list, it overshadowed any of the negatives. I will treasure this trip always. Importantly, I felt very well looked after and as a solo female traveling across two continents I felt reassured that I could call Can at any time that I might encounter any difficulties, even while I was in Egypt. I highly recommend this tour and will be using One Nation again.

We had an excellent experience. Mr. Can Berber was the person who managed our trip. He gave us a lot of information before we left and gave us clear instructions for being picked up from the airport. The next morning after our arrival he came to meet us at the hotel and go over the itinerary. He was very responsive whenever we called him. And he went out of his way to solve any problems that arose!

I had the 9-days trip with OneNation including 8-days-seven-wonders of Turkey tour plus additional day trip to Gallipoli.
Visited Istanbul, Kusadasi, Pamukkale, Ephesus and Cappadocia. All the transfers were seamless. Hotels and lunch arrangements were as good as expected. All the tour guides were very thorough with their briefings about historical sites and humorous to make the trip more enjoyable. I met wonderful people on this trip.
The organiser Can Berber helped me to plan this trip and supported throughout by being very responsive via whatsapp.
I would definitely recommend One Nation Travel to my friends and family for their travel plans to Turkey. 5-star service definitely.

We chose the 3 days tour; Cappadocia and Pamukkale. I definitely had a great experience with one nation travel, the trip went very well. They are very organized and responsive. Can Berber is very responsive and gave us all the support needed. Communication with him can be done via WhatsApp and is very easy. I also want to give credits to the guide in Cappadocia Mr. Özay Aksungur who is a Cappadocia expertise and made our trip unique. I definitely give 5 stars to this company and its team members.

I joined the 4-day Cappadocia, Pamukkale and Ephesus tour with one nation travel and the booking process and the trip went very well. Can Berber is very responsive with questions and support. Communication g with him can be done via WhatsApp and is very easy. The trip usually starts at 9am in the morning and ends around 4pm. The local guides in each city are knowledgeable and gave good information. Particular kudos must be given the guide in Cappadocia Mr. Özay Aksungur. He is very knowledgeable about Cappadocia and is a funny guide, making the whole travel experience very memorable. I had an issue with my remaining payment to be made on my travel booking in Cappadocia and Mr. Aksungur went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue even though it's not an issue caused by him. I am very happy with his service, hands down 5 star!

I not like but good

As a single female traveller my experience of this trip was very poor. Accommodation was not of good standard ( and not as advertised despite being told it was of a similar standard). Tour guide on both days was more interested in grabbing a coffee and chatting with other guides at each stop, rather than giving tour information. We were deposited at our pick up from the airport and given no information - the bus driver didn't speak any English. To top it off when I arrived back at Istanbul airport I was told that the car sent to collect me had crashed and there would be a delay of ten minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I eventually found out that in fact the car had not crashed but this was just a tactic to delay because the car was also picking up 2 passengers (obviously a single traveller was not good value for money) on a flight arriving an hour later!!!
When I gave all this feedback back to One Nation Travel and asked for $100 compensation (I paid $468 for the trip) they just responded "we don't give refunds". Don't use this Company, they want to do it on the cheap and they succeeded!!

On this trip, I visited Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale between 4 Aug 2015 and 10 AUG 2015 and I travelled with 7 other people.

I can't believe that a trip this complex went off without a hitch. One Nation Travel really knows their stuff and made great recommendations. Thanks

More than satisfied with One Nation Travel. I had an incredible time thanks to knowledgeable guides that did all in their power to accommodate my aggressive schedule. Extremely grateful for hospitality and professionalism - you have made my trip once in the lifetime experience. I am amazed by coordination and effort on One Nation Travel side that was necessary for this trip. All transfers, bus tickets, accommodations, tours, meals were on time which left enough time to rest or explore on your own.

Highly recommended.
