Extremely rude and unprofessional partner Alison Doren… used foul language on the telephone to me this week . Totally unacceptable… would NOT recommend this company … 🤦🏻‍♀️update they now claiming they have no contact with me but I have recording to prove . Sadly this is exactly what I am reviewing name calling and professional conduct now reported to Ombudsman. I advised the director re review and she swore and replied “ do it … plus some unchoice words and threats towards me .

Once again, Alison was absolutely amazing in dealing with my re-mortgage.
Always at the end of the phone to give advice.
